The worst place ever, and they are thieves. They made me pay upfront when I had insurance, said they would reimburse my credit card after the insurance company paid them, and three months later I still need to get my money back. My insurance company paid them a couple of months ago, and now every time I call they say they have some kind of IT problem and can't reimburse me yet.

Thinking of going to Aspen Dental.....think again and then go somewhere..anywhere else. I am in month 7 of this train wreck of a journey with this company. I had to have all my teeth removed 7 MONTHS ago. I was given 'healing dentures' that NEVER fit properly regardless of how many times I went back. There has been delay after delay after delay getting my final set of dentures. Several of my coworkers went thorough the same basic procedures as I did and are going through the same issues with this office. My spouse had the same procedures done at Aspen Dental in FL and had zero issues with them. I can't give this office a lower score than one star but I would rate them as the worst dental office I have ever been to.

Do not go to aspen dental they are crooks. Took my kid in got a quote for in network doc and they then had out of network doc work on my kid and billed us 3x what we were quoted with no extra work done from the quote.

I canceled my first appointment because I prefer my "medical proffesionals" to actually understand science. These fear mongers are still playing the stupid covid lockdown games.

Aspen Dental uses high pressure salesman tactics in an attempt to separate one from their money while disguising it as concern for one's dental health. I do not believe any dentist to be so lacking in qualification that they could not detect even half of what Aspen Dental will tell you needs fixing or the diseases you presently have. Upon scanning other reviews, gingivitis appears to be their favorite go to disease and my husband wasn't exempt. To walk into a dental office for a cleaning, which requires a full set of x-rays and evaluation, and walk out with a treatment plan costing thousands of dollars is unbelievable. Never did get that cleaning and never did sign up for that treatment plan. Never did feel they were more concerned with my dental care then they were with obtaining my money. Couldn't stomach the high pressure sales pitch. On the bright side, they were friendly - but I wasn't there to make friends.

They didn’t seem to care how much pain they put me through while extracting teeth. I’m having a hard time getting my prescription filled. This has been a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE all the way around!!!!

The dentist doesn't care, the techs are just in it for a paycheck. They over charge and upsell unnecessary procedures, but won't listen to actual complaints of pain. If you have an appointment after 3 forget it, they just barely look at you before they shove you out the door so they can close early. Absolutely ridiculous.

I was referred her by my family dentist for a wisdom teeth extraction by the surgeon who comes in once a month. Originally, my surgery was scheduled for a day the surgeon was not even in and was told nothing else until I called back to get additional information about insurance. Then I was told I had to come in for a consultation that was not even scheduled in the first place. So I then scheduled my LAST MINUTE consultation to then be told there was nothing available for that surgeon for that month after I was told numerous times on the phone that I would be able to get in the day the surgeon was in. The staff was very unapologetic about it and really didn’t offer me any time of advice to help me understand the confusion. Instead, referred me to another surgeon if I didn’t want to wait another FIVE WEEKS to get my painful wisdom teeth out. I really do not recommend coming here due to the miscommunication between staff and the patients and very poor customer service.

I was in extreme pain because of a broken tooth this morning so I went online before I clocked into work at 8:00 and scheduled a 10:15 appointment. They called me and asked if I could be there by 10 and I said yes! Long story short, they took several x-rays and told me the tooth was split and couldn’t be saved. They were very professional and very nice during the entire visit. The tooth extraction was painless! I highly recommend this place!
