Ryan is either running a scam or a terrible business person. Maybe both. I placed 2 straightforward flooring orders in December. I had to cancel the first order and tell my clients that the vendor kept pushing back the dates without any end in sight. Things happen and I understood he may have had some supply chain problems and moved on. The second order is going on over 4 months with no replies or calls after countless emails/phone calls.”It’ll ship next week” is all i would hear if I did get a response. I am now trying to retrieve my deposit. One of the worst professional vendor experiences I’ve ever had. Stay away from this company and its dishonest owner.

Great Experience! I could not find anything any local flooring store that was close to the quality and price I got from Heidelberg Flooring. Their special finish (I can't remember the name) is so incredibly durable for family and newfys. I highly recommend them.

I'm so lucky I found Heidelberg Wood Flooring! Literally half the cost of Carlisle for a better quality product!! We had been searching forever for a wide plank walnut floor and just as I was about to spend soooo much more with Carlisle, I decided to shop around and found these guys. I was blown away by their background and he actually knew the old company we were trying to match, Birger Juell, and was able to make us a sculpted walnut floor.

Just had our floors installed in our new office, just over 7000 sq ft, they’re absolutely gorgeous, just as the photos and samples Heidelberg provided us. They answered all our questions, walked us thru every step in the process, and even exceeded our crazy timeline. Beyond satisfied with the whole experience, HIGHLY recommend!!!

We just recently had our new floors installed and they look amazing. After shopping different companies and products, we decided on Heidelberg based on the knowledge of the sales staff in every aspect of the process. They walked us thru every step, provided samples, kept us informed of the various stages the floor was in, from samples being sent to shipping details. It was a top notch process from Beginning to end! Highly recommend Heidelberg Wood Flooring!

We have left 4 phone voice mail messages over a period of 10 days with absolutely no response what so ever. I called this morning and finally got a live person. I gave the woman our contact info again was told they would have someone call us back. During a separate call that took place later in the morning we were told they would call us back with someone who could answer our questions and take our order around noon. It is now 230 and still no call. I am now increasingly hesitant about doing business with this company. If this is an example of how they do business...can you imagine the order and delivery process. Sad thing they came highly recommended through our nephew. I just don't understand the silence. At least a curtousy call if they are having problems would be nice. They must not want us or anyone we might have referred. Sad.

Ordered $28,000 worth of flooring for our new home, Ryan was very accessible in the beginning. sending samples etc. within 1 week of the flooring being installed it started showing water stains, we followed all the instructions Ryan gave us on the upkeep of the floor, including buying a $250 mop from WOCA flooring . Literally if a drop of water were on the floor for a couple of minutes, it removed the color from the floor, we were never told how poorly this floor would hold up, actually told the exact opposite, that the color was burned into the floor and would last thru numerous standings if needed. the floor scratches from basic walking on it. Ryan was helpful in the beginning, even telling us that something was wrong with the finish that this shouldn't be happening, as soon as he was told the cost to repair the floor he passed the buck onto WOCA the company who makes the stain. after numerous attempts to contact them NOTHING has been done, our floor is a disaster, water stains everywhere, scratches etc, a professional floor guy that RYAN sent to evaluate the floor told us this floor really shouldn't be used in a home where people are living on a full time basis LOL, really , and that Ryan should have known this flooring wouldn't hold up and is known to stain and scratch, yet he said nothing to us, NO INFO ON HOW BAD THIS FLOOR IS !!!. our floors look like they were laid 30 years ago, and were stuck with the bill to move out, $12,000 to have the floors redone and the cost to move back in , not to mention the frustration inconvenience. This has been going on for 7 months. I can't stress this enough DO NOT BUY FLOORS FROM THEM THEY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THEIR PRODUCTS AND DONT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS!!!!!!! ZERO stars if I could.

What started out as an excellent experience, ended with very poor service and a broken deal. This is a one-man show kind of small company. The owner answers the phone, talks to you about the products and invests some time telling you about the different floors. That is when he has time and when he feels like talking to you. We got some samples, asked for some more, eventually we decided to proceed with the order having explained our time constraints due to an upcoming move to our new house that we were buying floors for.
It became progressively more difficult to get the owner on the phone or to reply to our emails and messages, resulting in continuous delays in getting samples shipped and received. The whole thing went south when two weeks after wasting our time waiting for things, he told us to buy something else cause the product might not be to our liking!
We delayed our installation schedule, other crews lined up to do more work after the floor was here, and our final move in date twice to be left hanging without a product! Which by the way we found out in the end was actually made in China and not at the company's site in IN!
Bottom line: If you feel adventurous with the outcome of your investment and enjoy being ignored for days and bounced to voicemail leaving messages that do not get returned, and are comfortable with ordering products of questionable origin and final look, then by all means give them a shot!
