Main street Tell city Indiana circle s has an issue excepting a state issued DOC ID card, when buying cigarettes, which has a picture ID and birthdate. I was informed by DOC that it would be excepted anywhere just like a driver's license.

It's a one stop shop. They offer gas, food, candy, tobacco products, fountain or bottled drinks, scratch offs, and the lottery.

Great place to get snacks and drinks, the milkshake machine there is AWESOME!!!!!!! I recommend the vanilla or cookies n' cream flavors
