“Came in for a conference at the nearby Cummins facility. The hotel was decent. It's really large actually for the area. As far as having options to eat, I hope you like fast food and burgers, because that's basically all there is. The building itself is pretty, and amenities are basic. Overall I had no complaints during my stay.”

“Hotel entrance and common areas were nice and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. 13$ for breakfast is a little hard swallow if you only want a bagel or cereal. Pool and hot tub were great. Our room was not great. Had no water pressure out of the shower head. Tub drain backed up and did not drain. Toilet wobbled. Bed was just not comfortable. We did like how quiet it was.Update- Management reached out to ask about or issues and make it right. They assured me issues would be resolved. Thank you. We will visit again.”

“Rented a room at 10 am told won't be ready until 3pm showed up at 4pm to check in checked the room bed bugs went and told clerk he swaped rooms second rooms was worse than the first ask for a refund was told the clerk had no way of contacting the manager to issue refund. And was told that if I didn't leave that he would call the police on me for creating a disturbance. Idk about any other company's but it dosent seem like a good business dynamic to not allow employees to contact management to handle simple refunds. Update returned the next morning at 10am to talk to manager to get a refund was told the pictures I showed him was not proof of bugs the same pictures i have posted here and beacuse I wrote a bad review he refused to give me a refund.”
