Don’t be as foolish as me! I should’ve taken the car for an external inspection and insisted they fix the AC before purchasing. I came back at the end of the day after asking the sales person Jalen to get the AC serviced. I didn’t get any replies to my text messages (he blamed a system error in their computer) and then told me that the service people couldn’t look at the AC. He said it’s easy to recharge at home. I assumed that was something normal to need to do. When I got home my husband and I looked into it and the AC shouldn’t need recharged… there is probably a leak or bigger problem. Don’t trust these guys. Be smarter than me and get an external inspection. I’m guessing they know what the problem is, since they’ve had it for 80 days and didn’t want to fix it, but of course they didn’t tell me.

Everything was good except we told the person when we brought the car in for an oil change to please check the air pressure on the spare tire and we don't think it was done because there is a low pressure light still on

Technician did not put same location for wheel key. I have white leather seat and technician put some grease on my leather. There are no coffee cup at vender machine

Organized approach, documented maintenance plan and results, personal review of results and what to expect going forward regarding maintenance and needed replacements.
Also, helpful response to calls regarding potential service needs.
Only disappointment was due to a two week wait for an appointment to research cause of unexplained warning light.
