God forbid you try to call regarding a package delivery issue. Can’t speak to anyone directly without waiting 30-40mins on hold. Not to mention every time you come in for something, they’re always rude.

They are Returning Our Mail to the Sender's saying the letter's Have to be "CERTIFIED"!?!? And when I Call the Wait Is 30+ Minutes!!!? From April 15 to May 9/2024,Our Mail is still being placed in Other People's Mail Boxes. I have reported it over and over!!

Horrible service with my mail being sent to the wrong address and then altogether not even being sent to my address for 4 months even after speaking in person to the post master.

Pathetic... slow, loses mail and packages all the time, only picks up outgoing mail half the time while the other half us left in the box...
