Craftsmanship is horrible, bought a brand new one and have had nothing but issues. None of which were covered by dealer or manufacturers warranty. Wish I could give them a negative star, 3.7 average seems really high.

I purchased a 2023 Rove Lite 16 RB, January 17th, 2023 from a dealer in GA. I had to wait until they had a delivery from Travel Lite as the one they had on their website was sold. Loved the "full bath" and those Barn Doors. The weight of the trailer is awesome as I can pull it with my Kia Carnival. Giving 2 stars , so far, as once the trailer was delivered to dealer there were changes made at the manufacturers end that did not get passed along to me before I made drive up to pick it up. I was looking forward to the "barn doors" as they really set off the interior ( now just plain white doors ) the unit states its solar ready (well it came with a solar panel ) I really didn't need that. I would have and should have turned down the deal right then and there. No manual for how to operate the solar controller. The RV comes with Tuscan Sway Control and if you use sway bars it null and voids the warranty. Well it still has sway but I am going to give it time as my last 2 RV's have been 5th wheels. I have been going over the RV now since I took ownership, doing a few up grades ( better shower curtain, vent cover over bath fan, Oh the bumper is not big enough to hold a regular sewer hose, how about checking to see if hoses go inside before making a bumper that's no good. I bought a hose carrier to mount on top of the bumper. The dining table on their inside photos shows a tripod type leg and when I got my RV the dealer swapped it for one that had 2 folding legs as he said the tripod was to unsteady. I have now replaced those HEAVY legs with a pedestal and will turn the table sideways as previous setup had the table sticking out 6" which made walking back a forth tighter. I have since blocked all 4 corners of the frame underneath as there was no end covers; great spot for wasps or critters to nest in. Then I notice that there was a cover for the connection section for solar that wasn't even closed exposing the connections to weather etc. That would fall under quality control no final inspection pre-shipping??Regarding customer service, I have been disappointed as I called the manufacturer regarding info for solar controller and no one there could give me an answer. Sent a couple of requests via the contact form on Travel Lites website regarding possibly getting those barn doors if they still had some lying around. NO answers at all from them. Now I do love the RV and once I have it to my liking I feel it should work just fine. I haven't had it on a shake down trip yet but so far all appliances are working as they should. If I do get some response from the company I might change my reviewEDIT: I have, since first giving review, got a message back from manufacturer giving me the part numbers for those barn doors and stating I need to work through my dealer as TLRV does not ship directly to customers.

We purchased this unit in march2020 but didnt receive it until sept. The concept of a light camper is great, but not built like this. After having unit at approved repair facility we were told that a leak around a poorly installed skylight was not covered.Any appliances that had issues we were told we needed to chase said manufacturers of said appliances.Overall we are terribly dissappointed with the manufacturer, and the dealer. He installed the torque lift steps with 4 self tapping screws so they fell off in the first week.I was told since they were after market not covered.Dealer told me he would reinburse me to repair it...after 1 year I wait for Barry Miller to honor his committment.STAY AWAY BUYER BEWARE

My trailer is two 1/2 years old. They lied about the warranty and my dealership closed up. Can’t find service and no one wants to deal with this company anymore. It’s July 4th and I’m at a campground. Refrigerator stopped working and there’s a leak so there’s water on the floor. Seems like every time I use it I have to work on it at the campground. This is not what I expected and I would no longer advise anyone to buy a RV of any brand. No quality control and very cheap Chinese made to break parts. Even the porch light stopped working, very disappointed. I should have stuck with a tent.

I have a 2019 800X with serious water leaks on the right side below the big window and the eternal speakers. It's only 3 years old, and I the dinette bench seat is so soft I just pushed my finger completely through the wood. I have significant concerns with the build quality, and I would like some warranty information. I have been calling their phone number ALL DAY, and I've tried most options to speak with someone. Nobody picks up. Are you open? Will someone take my call? I'll remove or change this review if someone will reply and commit to answering the phone...in any department...anyone?

My 2019 Travel Lite truck camper leaked causing extensive water damage. There was an obvious sealant 'patch' from the factory, which is the source of the leak. Travel Lite accepts no responsibility. Very poor structural design. Very poor workmanship. Very poor quality.

I’ve read all of the bad reviews, post sale. Their service is indeed horrible, even before a sale takes place. THAT saved me, as I went elsewhere. *I was treated VERY rudely when asking a very simple pre-sale question. -MDSM

Purchased A travel lite Rayzer from Dukes RV (5 hours from my home) Ask them to have it ready because we were heading out the day we picked it up. They said everything was checked out and in working order. After a day of driving to our first destination we found the fridge did not work on 115 volts. Called Dukes and they said bring it back. We were already on vacation. Found a local repair facility in PA and he took it all apart and found a wire that was not connected. Both he and dukes contacted travel lite. Everybody wanted to say the other guy was responsible. Cost me 212 dollars but its fixed. Thanks to Bill at DJ RV center in Danville. spent about 4 hours fixing it. I researched travel lite before my purchased. They had just restructured the company and were supposed to be focusing on quality. They may want to take another look

We have a 2022 Rove Lite FL. It took quite some time for us to find one in stock at a dealership but we got one back in July. There have been a few things we needed to address or upgrade right away, but nothing that actually would impact how fantastic this trailer is. We pull this with an Outback XT which is rated for 3500lbs/350lbs at the hitch and have no problems pulling. For a trailer this size I feel the tanks are about the right proportions and may make for some interesting dry camping. The sales manager Keith has been great to work with answering the myriad of questions I have had up to and after the sale. We have had a lot of people ask us about our camper and always recommend it. Thanks for such an amazing camper and all the adventures we're able to have because something was built around those of us without a truck.

I have a 2019 Falcon 14ft. I only use this camper 2 times a year. so I have essentially only used it roughly 5 times. while driving down the highway the siding came up and peeled back. its a 2019 camper and the siding is already completely ruined. I called my insurance and had them come out and look it over to see what they would cover, after taking pictures and looking at it, it the insurance company discovered that it was a manufacturer defect. the manufacturer cut the siding too short for it to properly fit in the seems therefore wind was able to get under it and peel it back. my insurance will not cover it being that it was made wrong before it even hit the lot. before I had even purchased it. so my insurance sent the claim and photos to the manufacturer and they said they will do nothing about it because it is out of the one year warranty. Even though they made the mistake and made it wrong. This is a horrible company that wont own up to their poor craftsmanship. I am now stuck 10,000 in debt cause I'm still making payments on a camper that the siding is all ripped up. all because the company can't take ownership of something they did in the assembly line.

Fridge was swapped out and they do not inform you. Camper was cheaply put together. The battery box is literally impossible to put the top on they mounted it so close to the camper. 12V fridge was installed, tried contacting the company about it out of pure confusion and they’ve never answered my calls. Absolute dissatisfaction and disappointment. I hope you don’t make the same mistake. They do NOT put 3way fridges in their campers anymore.

I have never been so disappointed in a product or company as I am In Travel Lite RV. Within 6 months of owning the 2021 625SL the front diamond plate came unflanged driving down the highway and smacked the top of the truck roof. After taking a little closer of a look behind the diamond plate and the insulation you could see the whole bed was falling down and the staples holding it all together had come apart. The bottom of the battery cabinet also fell in causing the batte

At first I was excited about purchasing a camper made by this manufacturer...after my own experience and reading the reviews, not so much. The other reviewers are correct, that the customer service at the headquarters is terrible. I have called multiple times and pressed every button option and it goes straight to voicemail, often the mailbox is full so you can't leave a message and they obviously are not checking messages. They do not call back. The only person I have spoken to is the receptionist. I had visited a dealership and was put on a waiting list for the Rove Lite model I wanted, and told a new batch had been ordered. I called the company to try to find out the wait time for order fulfillment at this dealership. The most recent time I called, the receptionist was very annoyed and said I needed to know the dealership and location before asking. If she had taken two seconds to stop talking, I could have given her the location of the dealership. She transferred me to the sales manager, another voice mail. When I had visited the dealership in person, I had also noticed two of their floor rove lite trailers in stock were off to the side missing the A/C unit in the wall, and I wasn't allowed to enter. My best guess is that they were having either operational issues with the a/c unit or moisture was getting in around it. Now reading about the numerous issues with mold, rot and damage to some of the cab over models, I have no confidence in the safety, workmanship or longevity of these trailers and will not be purchasing. It is telling that they have also needed to recently restructure, it seems like the whole company structure has issues. Sad to say it seems too good to be true to find a light trailer that my car can tow that also has a wet bath. Back to the drawing board.
