“Changed a few things in my truck everything they changed works perfectly. something else went out on my truck when I picked it up I took it to my dads to take a looks at it then I got angry and called TNT being rude and making accusations but I made an appointment. I went in today we found what we think the issue is and we talked about how rude I was and I apologized because I made false accusations and I was extremely rude I now have an appointment to verify the issue and to see what’s next. I would like to thank the man that was working the counter for handling my rude remarks and accusations like a man and actually talking to me and not being rude he handled the situation very well thanks to all of the workers here also for always working on my families vehicles with car.”

“I am not from this area. However, I have used tire star going on 5 to 6 years I believe. I had an extremely horrendous experience Monteiths In Middlebury, who didn’t even inspect my truck and tried to claim there is $5000 worth of repair cost. Tire star took care of me and it was $600. Since they saved me from that horrible shop, I will never use anyone else. From my experience, Tire Star has always been straight shooting and honest, dependable, with great customer service and more affordable than other shops. I have never had any issues with their work. Today however, I stopped in their Middlebury location and received the worst treatment I’ve ever had from a manager. I had never worked with or met this individual before. I believe I usually work with Joe or Matt… if I remember correctly. This individual treated me like the issue I was having was a huge inconvenience and they had no time to service me. He said there wouldn’t be any time until next week. I won’t go into extreme detail however, all I needed was my brakes bled. I asked to speak with the manager, a different one. I asked to speak with the owner. He said he was in charge. I finally was rude and asked why they weren’t there and he finally told me there was another store in Goshen. I was not aware of another store went up or that I had an option of going to a different one or scheduling service with them elsewhere. I have no clue why he couldn’t bother to inform me. I was ready to never come back. I called the other store, they told me to come over. I didn’t even have to wait and they got my truck serviced immediately. My truck was in and out within 30 minutes for $60. The management that was working the desk at the Goshen location was new to me. I had never met him either. He was phenomenal. The owner and employees have always been really great to me with exception of one individual today. However, they immediately remedied it m, were awesome to work with as normal. I will definitely come back as long as I don’t have to work with that other manager. I just wish I had gotten his name! With the number of transporters in this area looking for a really great shop, I would highly recommend Tire star. My Dalmatian loves the service here too!”

“I had a great experience with a subaru tribeca transmission issue. I suggested a repair I found on YouTube, and the owner took the time to watch the videos to understand my vehicle's strange problem and solution to it. That meant a lot to me - he could have just passively said "yeah yeah I know how to fix cars".... instead he really listened to me. The communication was awesome, as I got calls whenever something was discovered and received updates throughout the process. I was recommended pro automotive by a friend, and now I'm recommending them to you. And my Subaru is FIXED!My previous go-to mechanic had tried everything and could not find what was wrong and did not listen to my suggestions on what might be wrong. Not here, at Pro Automotive, they seemed to care, and I appreciate that very much.Clean, nice interior, parking was no issue, lawn was mowed. These guys have it together. Thanks Jeff!”
