Ordered carry out for the first time tonight. It was average at best. The spring rolls were tasteless and small. My wife and I both ordered pad Thai , both were no better than fast food . We were very disappointed with the meal and will not be going back.

DO NOT EXPECT GREAT SERVICE. I went with my husband and parents on a Friday night. There were not many dine-in guests with one server. The server started out friendly enough. My mother ordered Pad Thai "very mild, NO spice, I cannot do any spice". Being a former server I would understand that this person cannot tolerate any spice and is very sensitive. When our dishes came out, she immediately realized she could not eat it. Our server gave her "Mild", which to be fair is more like a normal medium. When we kindly explained the situation. He basically blamed it on us saying that we ordered mild and if she wanted no spice she should have ordered "no spice". I'm I reminded him that she DID say, "very mild, NO spice, I cannot do any spice" After reasonably asking if we could get it remade, he said "we can, but I'm going to have to charge you for both dishes. We don't like to waste food." My mom refused to order anything else, fearing that if it came out spicy again she would have two dishes she couldn't eat but would have to pay for. First, I was in shock that a server would argue with patrons over their own definitions of spice levels in a restaurant. If you don't want to "waste food" I feel like it's the servers responsibility to help educate the guest in making the right choice. For example, "Just to let you know, our mild has a bit of spice to it. We can make it without any spice if that's what you prefer." Secondly, my mother DID say, "very mild, NO spice, I cannot do any spice". After a few minutes he came out of the kitchen with a little attitude, grabbed my mom's plate and said that they would remake it without charge. The rest of the meal service was a little scarce. He wasn't attentive and seemed like he was avoiding us. No drink refills, forgot the peanuts and limes we asked for, etc. The food was amazing, but there at many other Thai restaurants with just as delicious food and better service. Think twice before dining in.

I've had Thai from these folks a few times now, but two of the last times have been within the last month. The second most recent time I ordered takeout from them it was DELICIOUS! Absolutely excellent, the shrimp in my Drunken Noodles was perfectly cooked and they accounted for my egg allergy. However...the reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is because tonight I got takeout from them again, same item. The shrimp is way too tough (overcooked) and the flavor of the sauce and the dish in general are much weaker than last time. Overall I think this is a great Thai place but I must admit I'm disappointed in tonight's order.

First visit. My hopes were higher than this place could deliver. I love Thai food, but I've definitely had better. I will probably shop around for alternatives.

Stopped in for a late lunch at Thai Terrace. Tried my first shrimp hotpot. It was good and the flavor was excellent. Looks like the restaurant was an older colonial style home converted over, that being said I felt the seating was very cozy. Overall a decent lunch and a friendly staff.

Second time we have been here and this place rocks. Got the spring rolls and drunken noodles with chicken. The spring rolls were crispy and busting with flavor and the drunken noodles were very flavorable and the spice level perfect. This is by far the best Thai restaurant around. Do yourself a favor and try it out.... You'll be hooked!!

Great service and the food is great! I've been eating here atleast once a week for about 6 months now and I don't go to any other Thai restaurant.

If it wasn't for the mediocre food it would be a 1. The service is sooo slow, there are clearly no systems or processes in place. Had a reservation at 5:15 on a Saturday and no other customers were there at the time. It took an hour and 15 minutes to get our entrees. From the point we walked in, 3 people asked if we had a reservation. Everytime someone walked into the tiny dining room the tables were asking for refills, a check, a box etc. like it didn't dawn on the waiter to look around the room and see if anyone else needed anything. And the manager/owner even waited on us. It was deplorable. I won't be back. One benefit: ample parking.

First time we tried this restaurant and we were not disappointed. Best Thai food we have eaten in Cincinnati in several years. For appetizers we had the chicken satay and tofu with sweet chili sauce. The peanut sauce that accompanied the satay was nice and thick, with a little kick. The tofu was nicely toasted and the sweet chili sauce was well made. We chose the combination dish in mild massaman curry and the chicken in hot panang curry. Both came out with the spice level exactly as ordered and both were very flavorable. We finished with the mango and sticky rice, nicely served with coconut milk on the side. The mung beans that topped the rice created a very nice texture. Our waitress was especially great, attentive, and a friendly smile. You gotta try this place the next time you are in the mood for Thai food. It's worth the drive.

Wow! We waited for more than 80 minutes for our meal. When we got it it was very sweet. If you want Americanized crap Thai food this is your place. But if you want Thai where they give you more vegetables than sugar in your dish go somewhere else! By the way my wife just told me on the 2nd floor there was a dead mouse in the fake fire place vent. My son ordered the chef's recommendation and got a pulled apart rotisserie chicken, junk.

Ordered on Uber eats. Pad Thai and 2 egg rolls. Driver showed up after an hour and nothing was ready and no info on our order. Called, said they were "backed up" food would be ready in 5. Driver left because it took way longer. New driver took the pick up, arrived, waited, also was told no food. They have it to someone else. This place is a mess. Food is good but the staffing issues make it hard to do business with.

Small understated location on Main Street in Mason that's easy to miss. I believe it's a family owned small business which I always appreciate giving my custom to. Food was excellent. Appropriately flavored with just the right amount of spice. Portions are a little small and the service is slow which keeps me from giving them a 5 star rating but if they can tweak those 2 things, this will be my 'go to' Thai spot in Mason.

Traditional Chicken Pad Thai for lunch, good portion, $10, food and fast service, comfortable ambience. Maybe a little more chicken. I would go back.
