We use the Groomer here. She does a great job shaving and washing our bernedoodle every 6-8 weeks! I’m thankful for how affordable her prices are too! (Every other place I checked was quite a bit more expensive for our medium sized dog).
My only issue is with the cleanliness of the building. It’s dirty, smelly, looks like it’s never cleaned, and there are cats roaming around everywhere. The office is very cluttered as well. I would up my rating if they took some pride in and cared for their space and did a good deep clean.

Would give zero. Numerous accounts of what seems like neglect and/or abuse. This one really gets to me... How do you mistake an cat for being owner less while operating on them?! What happened to reviewing paperwork and not just guessing and doing whatever to whichever cat? Do you give random Medications to random cat patients too?

The Vet put my little dog to sleep on Saturday. He's very professional and very caring about the animals he sees. I will never go to another Vet. This is my place to go .
Thank You

We were told that a grant existed that would help us put our dog down. She's currently still suffering. When I called the clinic, the girl who answered the phone showed no empathy, and told me they wish people would stop saying there's grants in place for euthanization because it costs money and if we want it done we have to pay a certain amount and then rudely hung up on me. I don't care if the services were free, I would never take an animal that I loved to a place like that.

They took good care of my dog there. no one else around would take him in to see him and they did here at lakeland. My dog was very sick and the vet did everything he could to make him better. very thankful for their care.

If I could give this place a double zero I would I took my cats to get fixed and after they got fixed everything was good and then I took them back because I followed up on the paperwork to get the stitches out and one of my cats were infected and had pus and infection coming out So I automatically knew something was off and something was wrong I made an appointment to have them be seen and I took them for their appointment got back there for the doctor to check them out before the doctor came in the nurse was talking to the doctor and the nurse asked the doctor if the stitches were clean so therefore they are using dirty stitches to stitch up their animals they are unsanitary it smells like dead animal mixed with feces and pneumonia there is corrosion in the sink none of their supplies are sterile or packaged there is black mold on the ceiling and under the sink on the wood trim and my one cat still had their stitches in her so the doctor went to take the stitches out and it was it looked like fish line wire that you used to go fishing while he was pulling the stitch it caused her to bleed so I had to go to a whole other doctor for them to be seen she almost died!! They did not ask if I wanted antibiotics they did not give me anything for them do not ever take your animals to Lakeland animal clinic this place needs shut down and needs to be reported by the health department ASAP

They were able to get my male dog in Friday right away! They treated him and did extra to make sure he was taken care of! The price is decent for amount of things they did for my babie! But all and all I will bring my other fur babies to them!

I only just started coming here a few months ago.The vet that I had for my dog wouldn't respond to any of my messages because it had been so long since we had been in to see them.I reached out to the clinic and they responded right away and helped my old man.Fast forward about 5 months. My boy, McQuade, is 14 years old and can barely walk. I didn't want to, but I knew I had to help him cross the final bridge.Dr. Brungardt came out without ever seeing him before. He was very kind and professional. He said a prayer for McQuade when it was all done.Thank you sir! Your kindness will never be forgotten ?

I had an 8am appointment due to my dogs ear infection. I got out of my car and was ATTACKED by the VETS DOGS! The German shepherd and dalmatian came running and barking from around the building. The dalmatian bit my upper arm and my hip, ripping my coat in the process!! The vet acted like it was my fault because I got out of my car!! Lucky for this clinic, I chose to ONLY leave this review since the dog didn't draw blood. This was a terrifying experience and I will NEVER be back! He didn't even comp my $200 vet bill!!BE VERY CAREFUL IF YOU CHOOSE TO GO HERE!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY!!!

If there was a - star I’d use it. Place smelled horrible. The staff totally ignored my wife while she was standing at the front desk window. I’d suggest using this place as a Last resort. The vaccine fridge was Nasty. Clutter everywhere.

I took my dog to Dr B to have him put down. The experience was nothing short of horrible. He was given a sedative to begin which I appreciated, however after the injection he began yelping, crying, and kicking ...jerking in apparent pain. The Dr said "I must have not given him enough" even though he weigh him before beginning. Another injection was giving which didn't calm my dog at all. His death was slow and visiby painful. The whole experience is an upleasant one, that was made worse by the doctor's treatment.

I have been going to Dr. B be for more than 20 Years now. We have rescued nearly 300 kittens (Spayed/neutered nearly every single one). We have fostered too many raccoon, skunks, rabbits, turtles, ducks, possums to count, let alone our personal pets of cats, dogs, rabbits, bearded dragons, turtles and salamanders, Dr. B has cared for them all! He's gruff and crusty and tells you how it is, but he has prayed over every little life we have lost. Just love him!!
