The receptionists are so bad and unprofessional they make me want to change practitioners and in fact I will be doing so. The doctor is ok... however the receptionists are so rude and incompetent, you need to be on them every day making sure they send the simplest of paperwork to your insurance because otherwise they could not be bothered even though is their job!!!

Terrible office staff. Told me they would call me back on multiple occasions, and they failed to do so. I had to call them multiple times just for them to shrug me off. It got to the point where I had to demand an appointment.

Just called to set up as a new patient since my current Doctor is retiring and the receptionist lacked interpersonal relations. She was pushy and rude and not clear about what she wanted from my doctor. All my records are currently in network with them. I called my specialist who called and had me on hold and she told me she had the same experience I did. Do better guys come on.

I tested for covid yesterday Fallon is my primary Dr knows I have a 10 month old baby and they call me today 450 pm to tell me I HAVE covid that I need to quarantine NOT how long nothing NOT WHAT to DO to care for MYSELF or FAMILY. This FAMILY PRACTICE is a JOKE

Office staff continues to drop the ball, between not calling back. Lack of professionalism, rude and honestly even lack compassion for its patients. Have worked with them for years and still dealing with the same issues. I guess its easier to push pills on people, other than trying to genuinely help patients. Very disappointing that the office staff never follows thru with call backs or insurance companies.

We had our first doctor appt. today back at the Syracuse Office. Dr. Wells was incredible to my son who is definitely not a fan of going to the Doctor office. He made us laugh and the best part was that HE LISTENED to us!!!!! I am now bringing all four of my children to this office!! Thank you for making a not so great situation into a very positive one!!!! We Highly recommend Dr. Wells!!

Used to go to Dr. Clouse she then left and I was placed with the new female doctor. First visit she takes away my tramadol and anti inflammatory mixture I'd been taking for two years due to chronic back problems. I had to go to a hospital because the pain became so severe my body sent the signal to lock up my back muscles to prevent injury to my spine and I couldn't even hardly twist and could not bend at all. She then took away my birth control. She FORCED me to get a pap and pelvic if I wanted to continue getting my birth control. I was young and afraid of that procedure because I'd never gotten one before, I couldn't relax she did the test with me extremely tightened down there. I started bleeding immediately after and now have pain in that region when trying to use feminine products or anything else. Literally disgusting care practices. After the painful and frightening experience I have refused to return.

After going to this office for 30 years, I had to find another Dr. They're very negligent. Do not call you back when they say they will or with results from Any of tests they send you for.. Now want to send you to a specialist ($50. Co-pays) to get most refills they've always prescribed b4. I've had to find a better Dr..I cant even get an insulin refill!!

This was a decent place before Goshen took over. Now it’s hurry up get in and out take test never call with results. Don’t care if anyone calls you back don’t care if you have the possibility of throat cancer or the possibility of cervical cancer. Honestly if things don’t change with in the next month I will be finding a new dr and new office because it has been made very clear that the Goshen health system does not care about people.SAYS YOUR OPEN AT 7:00AM ITS 7:40 PHONES STILL OFF!!!!!!!!

Worst place to go to ever since dr. Allen hasnt been seeing patients and running it. I really miss him being there. They only care about the money not the patient. They need to close the doors.

One star only because I have to. Kept me on Naproxen for 5 years without telling me it was harmful to kidneys, and NEVER once tested my kidneys. I now have Stage 3 Kidney Disease. Went for a kidney stone, told by Dr Kermani I was allergic to Flomax, so she didn't do anything. Ended up in ER 3 days later where they gave me Flomax (I'm not allergic, btw) and I had the stone out the next morning. Then she lied about it when I threw a fit and asked for them to pay ER visit. Found a new Dr in Goshen (Julia Freeze) who was the one that sent me for blood work immediately and found my CKD as soon as she looked at the medicines I was on. Do yourself a favor and avoid this practice! Worst care I have ever received!
