The hours that are posted are definitely not accurate. We ordered multiple pizzas through the app for pickup at 3:45 A.M. When we showed up to pickup our payed for pizzas they were closed.

Never tried their food the atmosphere is great but one employees lying to people and I don't like it saying you have to show ID to get a lottery ticket since when in the hell do you have to show an ID for lottery ticket and if I don't look old enough to buy a lottery ticket then boy he needs to quit working I will never go back to Casey's at that boy continues to work

It's a gas station!!!!Never tried the food.The workers are incredibly rude. I have been there maybe 4 times in the last 6 years. Every time the employees are rude. They are put out if customers come in. I chance a visit once a year to see if anything has changed. It doesn't so looks like I'll never go back

04/25/23 Edit: I quit going to this store haven’t been there in a year and it’s right by my house. I decided to walk there today and see if the customer service is any better and the older lady cashier was rude to me again for no reason. I dropped my debit card somewhere along the walk between home and Casey’s. I walked in to ask if anyone had turned in my card and she answered with a rude NO. I said I was in here earlier and I lost my debit card she didn’t even let me finished and answered NO. It doesn’t cost anything to be nice. I’m sorry this lady is obviously miserable but you just don’t know what people are going through in their life. Just be nice, it’s not that hard. If she can’t do that maybe she should not work in customer service. I won’t be back to this Casey’s. Previous review: The customer service at this store is so bad. The cashiers are not friendly and will see you buy all this stuff and not offer you a bag. They will watch you put all your items in your pocket and not offer a bag. I quit going to this store a couple months ago and decided to give it another try and nope same old stuff . Caseys needs to train their cashier's in customer service.

Was not impressed me and wife stopped in for a fountain drink the dispenser had mold on them and cashier didn't really care will never be back. If I could give a negative mark I would.

Just went to this caseys Toilets look nasty and look moldy need to be scrubbed pizza hasnt been changed 2 people at register no one on itched a lot of product out.

This was a great place to buy gas, some other items.Party goes on with employees.Never bother to put windshield cleaning items by pumps.Someone should clean the area around the gas pumps occasionally.Not like it was when it first opened.

The customer service at this store is so bad. The cashiers are not friendly and will see you buy all this stuff and not offer you a bag. The manager Drew at this store is horrible! He called my cousin a d*** b&@&h because she poured excess slushy down the drain and he was going to have to clean it! He is super disrespectful to women and to his employees. Will NEVER go here again!
