“Had an issue since it was my first time sending stuff to Mexico. The Mexican government (mailing people) wants the tags to be on the things and since it was a gift I was trying to send without them. The first costumer service person was a little bit rude; I had to go back to find the tags and the second person who a senior person was incredibly nice and save my day. Is important to show empathy when a person works at a counter.”

“I was in today with my three year old and one year old. I had two large bags that needed shipped out. The two ladies working were so helpful and kind and understanding with me and my little ones. They got my box set up and shipped out and I didn’t have to make any more stops with my kids running around. Thank you ladies”

“This is old town Visalia. Or at least this post office reminds me of it. I'm always welcomed with a smile, and assisted appropriately. I typically use the UPS store by my house so I was slightly confused with my last visit. I was.... borderline obnoxious with all the assistance I really needed to send 2 packages and 1 special piece of male and the gentlemen was more than willing to help ( and without judgement). Overall, I'll be back!”
