“I have two units with these guys and I am happy with both of them. I have a 10 by 30 in Gas City and a 10 x 20 in Marion and have been with them for well over a year. The facilities are very safe and being open 24 hours a day with gateaccess allows me to get work done anytime I want and no i will be uninterrupted and safe to bring the family with me if need be. Staff is always friendly so 5 stars well earned!”

“Hello everyone ! MUST READ‼️It took me a while to post. I had some issues I was dealing with but I thank God I can still share! I began using the storage units since 2020 to 2023! I worked with Brittany and she is the best ! Her customer service skills are on spot! She was very understanding, beyond expectations for professional, and she is truly a person who has a strong leadership skillset! She knew how to handle things and address issues. My stay there I felt better than good because my items were never damaged, stolen, infested with pests or any other concerns! The move in and out went spectacular! Brittany gave me resources I need about rentals to move my larger items etc. That was so helpful! Lastly, I commend her (Brittany) she was just always, like always there! I didn’t have the worries of someone else new that didn’t get information or communication passed along. Also she cared on such a caring way! I would recommend this storage company over any others and I have moved a lot on the past ! This is the best there ever was! I truly feel blessed and in one way, I felt I hated to have not needed them any longer because it was an amazing experience !! (Euphemia)”
