RUN. If you haven't been audited, chances are YOU WILL BE AUDITED AFTER USING THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT!!!I worked directly with this office and their online services, they are not accurate, they do not reply timely, they caused me penalties with the IRS, filed incorrect addresses/totals, amounts due etc, they ignored me for weeks and filed my return late. They almost cost me THOUSANDS in taxes due and they have already cost me penalties for them filing late. RUN. They are AWFUL. RUN RUN RUN.**************EDITED TO ADD AFTER THEIR "CANNED REPLY" Claiming to "CARE" I spent literally 7 hours of my day yesterday calling their main offices, sending emails, messages, being hung up on, sent back through the main line, being placed on hold, ignored and completely debased.After I told them I wanted a refund for they didn't deliver services advertised, THEIR SUPERVISOR DECLINED and told me to MAIL a request to them and wait 8 weeks. LOL!! I filed a complaint with the state of Missouri's Attorney General because that is where their HQ is located and will be filing individual complaints with the state licensing agencies for the 'tax professionals' who mishandled my returns.THEY ARE STILL INCOMPETENT AND COMPLETELY LACK CUSTOMER CARE REQUIRED OF TAX PROFESSIONALS.IMAGINE How they would act if you are audited! OMG RUN!!!!!

At the Sunman H&R Block office, they have the best tax preparers and their receptionists are the best also! Everyone is always so nice and helpful! I will definitely be going back every year!
