an absolute unmitigated disaster. management is either unresponsive or will just be outright rude and demeaning to your face. co workers run the show and are allowed to act out. no HR rep in the building here in sulphur means plenty is swept under the rug. feeling hopeless.

Sent a controller here to be looked at, waited a week and a half and they never contacted me. Tried calling multiple times but nobody knows anything about it, only that they recieved the controller. They say they will figure it out and call back but they don’t. Very disappointed.

Sent a dash from a 5103 jd to them for repair. Everything worked but the hour meter. The teck told me they couldn’t fix it because it must have been in the sun. Don’t know what that meant. When I get it back the tack wasn’t working, it worked fine when they received it. The teck told me to send it back. A few days later another guy said it was not repairable.I can live with no hour meter but they screwed up the tack and sent it back. New dashes are not available from jd till maybe next year.

These people were fantastic. They repaired my monitor, suggested additional needed maintenance (that I knew was truly needed) and were over half the cost of John Deere. I would highly recommend them and am sending my monitor to them yearly now for regular maintenance.
