I do not recommend it. I arrived from a trip to Texas and passed by there. My dog had something in his eye. The lady didn't even pay attention to what I was explaining to her that my dog had and told me that she couldn't help me because they were very busy and there were only a client waiting… I recommend going to JP pet care just 4 minutes away from there they were fast and reasonable

I hate to have to write this review. I was hoping for a positive outcome to my visit to this clinic and veterinarian, unfortunately, my experience was far from positive.While this clinic advertises they do behavior counseling and have fear free practices, and Dr Poehlein is actually fear free certified, the clinic and doctor demonstrated to me a complete lack of understanding in these areas. I am a rehabilitator and brought a case to them that I fully explained in detail prior to the visit. Not only did they create the worst possible fearful environment for the visit, but they seemed disinterested in what I had to say as the rehabilitator. The entire experience was operated in a fearful, not fear free, manner, and they clearly demonstrated they didn’t understand that was what they were doing. I gave the staff one simple instruction which they violated during the visit creating a dangerous situation, and what was even more disturbing is that they did not comprehend that their action was causing the danger.After over an hour, Dr Poehlein never came into the exam room she had the staff put me and the dog in. Her only response was that I could reschedule the appointment. She and the staff showed no remorse for what they did and no concern for the animal I brought in. I do not recommend this veterinarian or clinic to anyone with a fearful animal or an animal in need of behavioral counseling. I now have extra work to undo the damage done to this animal by the actions of this clinic. To make it worse, Dr Poehlein did not call me to discuss the situation, or return any of my emails, clearly she simply did not care...

They are a nice group of ladies in the office and Dr Monica is a very Good Veternarian and also has a ❤ heart of love for her animals she treats.
