We had a long day and to top it off our car starts to die so we barely make it into the AutoZone parking lot we're wigging out trying to figure it out and the staff offers solutions from their experience the Sullivan store manager Douglas Kelly got us on track and back on the road I tried giving him a tip ( idk if they can accept them ) and he told us he just likes to help . Excellent staff super helpful and knowledgeable.

Doug and Keith are awesome! The battery on our Subaru died, Keith tested it for us, explained what was wrong, and got us a replacement. Doug came outside and changed the battery for us. 10/10 recommend AutoZone in Sullivan ✌??

They were extremely help they helped me find my brake, rotors, and even suggested items for me so that I made sure I did the job correctly. They were then so helpful to help me to my vehicle with the parts I had just purchased.

The guys here are super helpful. They know what you need (even if you just try to vaguely explain it) and they'll replace some things for you - like windshield wipers, turn signal lights, etc.

For the most part it's good, I've had a lil trouble with one of the employees, he was a younger kid, very smart mouth, sarcastic and a attitude like he thought we should be thankful that we were even allowed in the store and especially his presence....his smart mouth and attitude went to far for my taste one day and thing is id already told the manager about him and what was gonna end up happening and exactly that is what happened.....I never went after the kid but I did let him know that he was gonna learn a hard life lesson if he acted like that towards me again...then one of the older guys there told me I needed to shut up I'd said enough....that really helped matters alot.....point being is they should be a lil more concerned about the kids attitude or any youngsters attitude or any grown adults, they are paid to help us not to act as if we should feel blessed to be in there. Anyway sorry for rambling just wanted to put that out there, I know I don't pay their light bill but they have all but lost my business unless it's an absolute have to go there .....y'all have a good day
