Twice this year we have had to have a tow and Jackson's heavy haul was the only service that did not have a 4 hour wait, they will be our choice from now on!

Car broke down towing our camper. We were so grateful he came out and helped us haul not only our car but our tow behind camper home as well at 12am. Navigated the weird layout of our driveway and yard like it was nothing. Did a wonderful job, friendly the entire time, conversed the entire ride to our house. Clean truck inside as we needed a ride home too. Great service would recommend to anyone!Services: Special vehicle towing

This place is terrible. Won’t give you updates on your car or call you. Tell you “I don’t know” for most questions you have and give an attitude. They all look miserable like they hate working there and it reflects with how they treat their customers.

Most awful experience of my life dealing with these people. I had a car accident and the local police called this company to tow my vehicle. It was extremely cold out, I was waiting for my ride and had my dog with me. The tow driver I got had my car hooked up with me still inside it, wanted me to get out and essentially freeze on the side of the road. Zero compassion and extremely unprofessional. I had to exchange some words with him because his other bright idea was to take me to McDonald's and have me wait there for my ride... With my dog which would leave us standing outside. I refused to exit my vehicle until my ride showed, and they were literally five minutes away.

Had to have an emergency tow. Van broke down on the way to the pumpkin patch and Jacob was a great help came and got us towed back to town in a good amount of time.

We highly recommend Gear Works. We were camping at Brown Co. We drive a Chevy express van and pull a 29 ft travel trailer. We live outside of Evansville. We were leaving the campground of Sunday and our vehicle developed a problem and wouldn’t run. When our vehicle service arranged the tow, the owner suggested we bring it to his shop and he would look at it on a Sunday afternoon and maybe he could get us home that night. He towed it to his shop, determined it was the starter and the battery. He made the repair and we were in our way! He took the time out of his Sunday afternoon to get us on our way. We can’t thank him enough! Thank you so much for your help. We highly recommend this shop.
