Dr. Keck is phenomenal! Very professional staff from start to finish. Highly recommend this eye dr. to anyone looking for a good place to get glasses. Selection was good. Easy to understand insurance info. I'll be definitely coming back.

Was nice to know my glasses were ready we'd and this is fri, just happen see the text but like say thanks for notifying me been nice be able see right for the weekend but guess Monday it is. Only been two years without after being told was not eligible and I was the whole time....

Scheduled an eye exam and because I'm a diabetic they also do a diabetic test but not once did they tell me they don't do both the same day I was so disappointed and the office people have no clue what there doing!! I will never go back

Dr. Keck did an amazing job with my wild rambunctious 3 year old!!! They ladies up front also worked with us while trying to find him glasses and work with other folks. Every one was super patient with us!

Please do yourself a favor and pick an eye doctor with regular hours Spencer closes unpredictably at times with no warning I was supposed to pick up glasses today and there's a sign on the door that says closed today normally businesses keep the hours that are posted on the door

Wonderful place! The people here are very friendly, and the nice girl up front (I can't remember her name) took the time to help me pick out the perfect pair of frames. I highly recommend the Spencer office.

"I'm sorry but we messed up again" is the mantra here. Dr Keck...cool guy and good...everyone else (aka the actual people responsible for insurance/payment/glasses) so sad. Every time I've gone here something is wrong. This last time was the last straw, and I even opened the door of good customer service for her, only to have it slamed it in my face. Seriously, I could fill the character limit on all the times they've let me down and been rude. I'll just fill you in on the last straw in 2022.Got a new script from Dr Keck several weeks ago. Decided to buy a whole new set of low power prescription glasses and relense my old glasses with Transitions. When paying, I was given a quote that was about as much as THREE pairs of the most expensive glasses and frames in the store. I said, exqueeze me? Then she tried another of my insurances and provided the "real" cost. Okay, I'll pay that. Fast forward 2 weeks and I get a call for me to bring my old glasses in to have them measured A SECOND TIME, for the Transitions. I guess measure twice, cut once...hmmm okay. Get new glasses, they just crack and squeak, brand new Oakleys mind you. I still need to wait another week or so for the replacement Transitions. Finally I get the call for them and they don't even have the Transitions coating! "I'm sorry, I guess she didn't put that in the order". Here's the door I opened..."Is the cost to add them more than losing a family of three as customers for life for your mistake?" Answer, "you're going to have to pay for the transitions that we failed do order in the first place." Okay, you made your choice, and I have too. Congratulations! You deserved this! Well done for failing multiple times what you are there to do regularly. It's glasses, not atomic entropy.

I'd recommend going somewhere else. Their glasses are very poorly made and practically fall apart within the first few months, not to mention they usually get the prescription wrong

They have reduced their hours, so this office is not as convenient as it once was. I got both automated phone calls AND text reminders for my appointment. Two of each for each appointment is too much. After my exam, I ordered two sets of glasses. The message I got 10 days later indicated both had come in, so I burned my lunch hour to go pick them up. Wrong. Only one pair came in. However, I never got to see that second pair. The glasses made me see double. The staff didn't believe me. The doctor didn't believe me and even reprimanded me, like a child, for not sticking with them longer! It was difficult, but they finally agreed to reimburse my money, but let me know it would take a MONTH to get a check. I had to give them my insurance info *before* I met with the doctor and pay in full *before* they'd order glasses. But when THEY owe you money, it takes 30 days. No thank you.

The doctors and staff are very professional and friendly. They are constantly making upgrades to help in your seeing needs. They make you feel like you are apart of their family. If you want a good eye exam you need to come here. They don't take anything lightly. I actually enjoy my visits because everyone is so nice!! I have worn glasses/contacts for years and have been to many eye places. I'm so blessed I have found a home at Spencer Community Eye Care!!!
