I'm sure Karen is great but I've always worked with Stacey at this insurance facility. She has always been kind, understanding and as helpful as possible. Going out of her way to think of ways to help. Even when I've been late on back to back months she's never seemed short or cross and has always tried to find the most affordable options for me. I never feel like she is trying to hurry me out the door or that she's too busy for me. I can't see myself changing agents even if I move across the country.
