The team in this CVS is great! Never really said anything about a farmacy didn't think I had to. When you are treated a certain way you want EVERYONE to hear about it, so I think the people that work here are super polite and make you feel that they are there to help.

I am so SICK AND TIRED of this automated phone system! It takes several minutes to finally get through to a person IF you ever do! DO BETTER! You owe it to your customers to be PERSONAL! This is why I only use you now for one time RX that won’t be ready before I drive all the way to Bloomington to my hometown pharmacy. They take a minute to answer your call and answer questions!

The amount of times I’ve had negative experiences with this pharmacy are too many to share. Today, I am appalled. I picked up a medication that has been prescribed to me for years. Quantity is always 90. Cost has varied - at one point the cost was running at $275 for a 30 day supply. This time it was $127, again for 90 tablets. Label clearly states “QTY: 90”. Tell me why there were 77 tablets. How can a pharmacist make such an error? This mistake is easily amended but what other mistakes are being overlooked? Unacceptable.

From the first day I transfered to this CVS I have started to consider if i should continue to use cvs all together. The staff shows a complete lack of empathy and seems annoyed at the thought of explaining anything to their customers. They do not want to help you at all so if you want a pharmacy that cares I suggest going anywhere else.

I love this place. They pharmacy staff is PHENOMENAL! They’re so helpful and the pharmacist is great at explaining things. Overall very kind staff. They deserve a longer lunch break.

The DRIVE-Thru is ONLY suppose to close for lunch at 2 pm!!!!!! I get off work little earlier to try make it before then and for 3 times now that I get there at 1:50 pm and damn thing is already CLOSED!!!!! Ridiculous really.

Took 5 days to get a prescription filled after a surgery and the doctor's call in. This is completely unacceptable service. I will never use cvs again for anything.

After having our Covid appointment lost in the system, even though I was getting update texts, they fit us in. Now it has been 7 days since testing and NOONE knows anything. They are less than helpful at the pharmacy and the whole system has been a joke. Wait 45 mins on hold each time and no answers. Quarantine lasts less time than these results are taking. They won't even review the situation until 10 days. 2-3 Day turn around. Ya right
