I would give zero stars if I could. I stored items during the time between selling one house and moving into another. When I moved, I discovered multiple items totaling more than $1,500 missing from the unit. The key to my padlock never left my possession. Police believe the thieves picked the lock. When I asked to review video, I was told the surveillance camera had been stolen. I would recommend if you currently rent at AAA, and haven’t checked your items for a while, you might want to check to see if they are still there. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Before it was Constantly getting broken into and owners dont care. It stopped for about 2 yrs. They seriously need some Security there! For real!!! Never again!!

I could not get a Storage Room but was given several numbers to call in the situation my Daughter was in! He was a Blessing to me and My Daughter! Very kind, polite, and very compassionate!
