I have had to deal with different customer service, but Brenda at the UPS store speedway is phenomenal. I have never encountered a person that shows such empathy and willing to find a solution.

I never have issues at this location. Everyone is always nice and willing to assist. I believe the young man that helped me was Gary with my usps package.
