Always like this Ross it has bathroom and it was clean...some of the other Ross do not have bathrooms I like shopping here for jeans and dresses

WHAT A GEM!!! I hadn't been to Ross in almost 15 years when they were located in Martinsville. MAN have they changed...they give me Burlington and TJMaxx vibes. I found some of the cutiest jeans and tops and ideas for Christmas gifts. I'll be back monthly to add to my current stash of stuff.

This store was a hot mess. Just completely trashed like it got hit by a tornado. This is clearly an internal problem!! You can tell by looking at the locked jewelry cases and see how everything is just thrown inside. I didn’t even grab a cart it was so bad..I just left. This is like no other Ross store I have ever seen. Do better for the people who live in this area. Regional management..where are you!?

Merchandise not on shelves but in the aisles. Messy store. In the cashiers defense, they do what they can ....3 cashiers with a line of customers wrapped around the store.
