“Just called the store and Emily answered. I was calling to see if she could help with regarding a domestic violence problem my friend was facing across the street in the apartments. Me being in the UK I had no idea how to reach my friend as I had no other contacts for her. I quickly explained this to Emily and without hesitation she said "I got you. One sec" and she went to check through the window to see if there were any emergency services.
