I could go on and on about Jordan. He is not only professional but friendly and went the extra mile to accommodate my needs.
He was all about customer satisfaction!
Even my toddler had fun with both he and Justin.
If anyone ever needs anything bedding, please ask of Jordan and you'd be glad you went into the store.

Jordan May hooked me up ! I came in looking for a quality mattress and walked out with a delivery set up for a Sealy Hybrid king size mattress and adjustable base for no money down ! Come shop with him very knowledgeable and personable.

TLDR;
Justin provided THE BEST customer service I have had!! I left a happy customer with a great mattress deal and feeling like I have met a long lost friend.
Justin was instrumental in helping me select a great mattress with his depth of knowledge. He was also very honest and eager to assuage my concerns with policies, financing, refunds, delivery, etc. He went above and beyond when he called the banks to get me answers for some nuanced questions!
A few highlights from my experience:
- I was able to spend all the time I wanted trying out different options before selecting a mattress.
- I got some great deals with mattress and base
- I got a lot of guidance on selecting a good mattress. Researching on my own would have taken me a few days. Definitely saved me a lot of time.
- Justin was very patient, empathetic, and non-judgmental.
I highly recommend Justin to help with your mattress search and I hope this review sends more business his way. He definitely deserves a great deal more for his dedication and care. Keep up the great work, Justin. I am sure you will reach great heights with your helpful and friendly attitude.
