This place is WAAAAY TOO SMALL!!! Felt like a sardine stuffed in a can. Not nearly enough machines for the amount of business/customers. Other customers were rather rude. Standing directly behind me, basically breathing down my neck, waiting on machines. Stuffing laundry in dryer while im standing right in front of it and obviously not finished.Needs more washers and dryers period!0

Used to come here weekly, last few months, a lot of the machines are down, the place is a mess, today, Today, I needed to change a $20 bill and the machine was down, went to the clerk and told me he could not break it, to use the coin machine. I asked if he would then buy back the extra $10 in quarters I was not going to need. No he said. Not going back unless I have to. Tired of the bad service. You are there to resolve my laundry issues for a fee, not add to it and still charge a fee. I would not write this, if it was a 1st time thing. But issues are becoming a day to day thingand Sims like nobody cares.

The washing machines are almost always damaged, the dryers do not dry well, I would like the owner to check them, it is a place that can improve.

Today 8/25/23 I was at this establishment and a shaw that my Mother gave me was stolen from me today. My shaw was laying across the cart that had my laundry basket in it.I was sitting up front and some low life helfa stoled my shaw. Hope you enjoy wearing it. Take a picture and post it!!!!

My pictures say it all.... Roaches.... All over the floor, in the washers, and on the washers.Just because I go to a laundromat, doesn't make me a, dirty person, and I don't want to become one by bringing roaches into my home.Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this facility.

It's ok not liking that I couldn't use my debit card on the washers I used, I had to get money from the ATM and it cost me $5.50 for ATM fees I know to get cash before I return again it seems cheaper here than the last place I went
