“I took my grandson’s Timex watch in to a jeweler in Mooresville to have the back put back on after he had taken it off to replace the battery. They quoted me a fee of $15.00 and said to pick the watch up the next day. When I didn’t hear from them I called to see if the watch was ready and was told that he couldn’t get the back on the watch, to come and pick it up. I googled jewelers near me and found Mason’s Jewelry Store in Plainfield. I took it to them and the lady said that she’d put the back on while I waited and there would not be a charge. I was very impressed with her professionalism, expertise, friendliness and kindness. She put the back on the watch and set the time and date all within a few minutes. I highly recommend this store.”

“We got my engagement ring from Helzberg after lots of shopping around. The ladies there listened to me to get to know my style preferences and were so patient with me as I was very indecisive and had trouble narrowing it down to one! One lady picked out one for me to try on which ended up being my absolute favorite by far and is the one we ultimately ended up with. I am so in love with my ring and I know I will be for years to come! We have since visited to have it resized and cleaned which was also a pleasant experience, everyone has been so nice and helpful through every step! We will get all of our jewelry from Helzberg in the future. Definitely recommend!”
“Due to an unfortunate shipping experience with an online retailer, I was referred to Sai’s as a “hail mary” to get an outfit on short notice. I was in desperate need of a lehenga for a wedding happening the very next day and was met immediately with a knowledgeable staff who basically knew my measurements just by looking at me. The staff went above and beyond with my incredibly short timeline to make sure I was taken care of, and even suggested jewelry to complete the look! I tried on a few outfits and was able to walk out with my lehenga the same day!! The customer service was amazing and I can’t recommend them enough!”

“I started out by looking for a store I could get a ring resized. I got lucky when I found Gina's. I am so pleased. Took a ring to have it sized smaller. It's just a sterling silver simple ring. It was treated just as if it were an expensive item. Wanted a new thumb ring and was able to place and order from their catalog to look at a few. Oh wow, liked them so much I bought all three. “What a great boutique on Mass Ave! I stopped in mostly because it was hot out and I'm glad I did. They have a great selection of items. Everything from jewelry, leather bags, glass ware, some house wares and even horoscope perfumes. Items come from everywhere and are high quality. I'm giving serious thought to going back for the bag pictured just need to decide on a color! Definitely worth checking out!!”
