Shop here often, had to make a return but I lost my receipt. The manager and staff were able to search in the system and find my receipt. I was able to return the unused items without any issues. Thank you so much for a pleasant visit.

I purchased an air compressor to use with a TORNADOR® Air Blow Out tool. The TORNADOR® came after I had purchased the air compressor so I had no reason to open the compressor. When the TORNADOR® arrived, I found out that the air compressor would not push out enough cubic feet per minute (CFM) that the TORNADOR® requires. Unfortunately, Harbor Freight Tools does not have an air compressor in the store that the TORNADOR® needs. I went to return the air compressor only to find out that they charge a $34.00 restocking fee! Roughly 20% of the purchase price. The employee never told me this; only that I could return it if needed. When I explained to the store manager why I was returning the compressor and that it was never opened, she showed no empathy. The store employee who started the return said he had never heard of such a policy until he started working at Harbor Freight Tools. I could understand a restocking fee if I had opened the box but it was clear that I had not opened it. When she referenced the restocking fee the reference information said *subject to a restocking fee*. Had I been warned, made aware of, or if this information was posted where the air compressors were, I would have more pointed questions about the policy or not even purchased an air compressor from them.I ended up buying an air compressor recommended by users on Tik Tok and I had to spend $180.00 more for one that meets the TORNADOR® requirements. Take heed of my expensive experience and be cautious of what you purchase from Harbor Freight Tools. Also, note that most of their tools only have a 90-day warranty.

Large variety of tools, of the sort a single workman, homeowner, or small business might find appropriate.My understanding is that most items are of the company's own design and manufacture, made to be sold at low prices, with built-in long-term warranties should the tools fail and need replacements.Certain minor, yet often useful items, are often sold here at extraordinarily low prices.

I like Harbor Freight, but I know how to shop Harbor Freight. If you go there and purchase a generator, a mesh tarp, and 9mm thick vinyl gloves, then look no further. Need a pry bar, sunglass safety glasses or strap the downs jackpot is what you hit by shopping there. Speaking of my own experiences, when talking about my purchases of a set of auto setting wire strippers or outdoor hose splitters or leaf mulchers so you're comparing, I would say you need to steer clear of those purchases because they lasted about a day. So I would like to reiterate I love Harbor Freight.

They have a good safes here and all the handtools are very good priced. Also, they have a good go cart motors here side shaft, and bottom shaft. I particularly like the 15 foot orange ratchet straps that they carry for $11.99. I think it pays to have the membership
