“Took my vehicle in to get tire fixed. Valve stem needed replaced was leaking air. They replaced it for free. Was very quick and nice. Have never had such great service from auto repair shop like this. Was very happy I took my vehicle here. I tried to pay but would not take anything. For any of my future needs on my vehicle will definitely make the hour drive to Big O Tires. Thank you to Ryan,manager who was very helpful and very friendly.”

“I stopped by today knowing i had a slow leak in a tire. They offered to get me in but said it'd be a long wait. I declined - I had commitments - but they were amazing enough to fill the low tire and top off the other 3 since temps were cold.
no charge. i ended up doing what i needed to do then coming to noblesville Best One to repair the tire. They squeezed me in.
Best One is amazing. Tire issues are never convenient but they've pulled many an object out of my tires over the years. I'll never go anywhere else in the city for tires.”

“I had originally taken my car in around July for an oil change. At the time the team did a free inspection and determined a few things that needed to be addressed. I was super nervous since the issues were pretty serious and I live paycheck to paycheck so I don't have $5000 on hand for car work. Luckily I have an extended care package on my car that covers anything that's not normal wear and tear but the bureaucracy of those types of warranties is insane. Aaron and the team were so patient ad willing to wait and work with both me and the warranty company to get pictures and whatever documentation was needed to get most of the work covered. In the end we still had to get financing to cover the remaining cost but that was $1500 of an otherwise $5000 expense and Aaron and the team made even that process quick and easy and pain free. This was honestly the best experience I've ever had with a mechanic and I won't trust anyone else in the area.”

So when I heard new sounds and felt new feels when driving my Subaru, I took it right to the shop on a recommendation. They checked everything I had concerns about and called me promptly to explain everything. I initially took my car to a dealer which advised the transmission needed to be replaced!
Malless investigated the check engine error message and found the transmission fluid was overheating. They flushed the cooler hoses and replaced the transmission fluid for a very reasonable price.
I highly recommend this company!”

“I needed a part taken off of our 20 year old truck, and I could not get it off. It was broke and I bought the replacement part. I took it to one place and they wanted to charge me $125.00. I said okay and made the appt, but they could not do it until next week.
Then I stopped by another place to see if they could do it. The guy said that they were too busy and they could not spare anyone to take it off for me.
I then went to Caliber Collision. I spoke with a guy and he was so nice. I showed him what I needed taken off. He said that he could do it for me and if I had the new part they could put it on. I asked him how much it would cost me and he said nothing!
I always like to get at least 3 quotes, and I'm glad I did! They ended up cutting the bolts off because it could not be taken off by hand.
Thank you Caliber Collision for helping a girl out! You guys are awesome! I appreciate the great customer service and you removing the part for me right away.
They saved me $125.00 and it only took them about 10 mins to remove the part.”
