We found Molina on google and we were impressed by the reviews and decided to check it out. The men there were very helpful and offered us a fairly new washer and dryer that was great for the price. The washer and dryer came with a 60 day warranty as well. They delivered the set the same day and hooked everything up. So far both appliances work great!!! We are very thankful we found this place and will be going to them for future appliance needs!!! Highly recommend”

“The pieces anchoring my mail box to the post had rotted so I was able to take the old pieces in and staff helped me find the right size lumber, they cut it for me, as well as paint matched so I can repaint the post which has been several years and needs some help (so wood filler as well as sealer was recommended). I am not a diy person so having such great staff made this a really great hardware store experience.”
“I've always had a good experience at this location. I've been a customer since they opened this location. Staff and manager are helpful and friendly. The process is quick and easy. Being able to make payments online is very convenient, and you have the choice of weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. You can apply and start your agreement online as well. The variety of merchandise in stock is always good online and in store, options of new and used, everything is clean and in excellent shape. Delivery of product is always fast and professional, and they set everything up for you. I love the longer same as cash option, which allows me to pay things off versus a long, drawn-out rental agreement. Location is convenient if you need to go into the store. I recommend this location. My advice using rent a center versus bashing the staff is this... Expect to get called, etc, if you're late on payment, so don't be late on payment. If you come to a point where you can't afford payments anymore, just call them to come pick up the merchandise and be done with it versus dragging them or you through harassment, court etc, it's not worth it. If you can pay off in the same as cash window, I recommend it. It saves from paying on something forever and paying more in the long run ?”

“I visited the Carmel store to purchase a lightweight weed whipper and ended up with several more items, all because the employee that helped me was so kind and knowledgeable.
One of my purchases was a ceiling fan. I had it installed professionally and found a glitch with the fan pull chain after the contractor left.
On Sunday, I called the store and talked to Timothy in the lighting department. Timothy was knowledgeable, kind, and very patient as we worked through the glitch.

They were the only place in town with an 80 gallon in stock and they ran the transaction and left the water heater on the loading dock for us. “This Home Depot did not have what I wanted in stock, but I wasn't expecting much: I was looking for disposable face masks in the middle of a pandemic, at a time when masks were hard to find. So, Home Depot didn't have them in their store, but neither did any place else, so I can't really fault them for that. But they did have a large selection of trash bags! I use these often to pick up trash around my neighborhood, and I am particular to a certain size of trash bag. The trash bag needs to be big enough to fit inside a 5-gallon bucket, but not so big that there's a lot of extra bag hanging out of the bucket. Home Depot has a generic brand of trash bags that fit perfectly inside a 5-gallon bucket that are sturdy and have little flaps to tie the bag. They work great for picking up trash. When I went to check out, there were people there to help, and they were friendly. I was in and out super quick.”
