The prices are what it cost in the store for brand new, which I could understand if they paid you more for what you are selling or pawning but they give you way less. Take you’re stuff and sell it online way more money.

I recently purchased a vintage engagement ring, and had it sized by them. I required my ring back by a certain date. The date I needed the ring was not arbitrary. At this upcoming date, I was taking my girlfriend on a small vacation getaway. As one can imagine, the engagement ring was to play a prominent role. The company was made aware of said date. I gave them in excess of two weeks time. After two weeks had passed, I inquired about my ring status. I was told repeatedly that my ring was at that moment "being worked on". This continued for three days time. The date of our vacation came, and I was told it was still "being worked on". This being the case, the ring was unavailable. Therefore, I had to cancel any plans involving it. I have contacted them via the corporate website. As of a week later, I have not even been given the courtesy of a reply. In this instance, one would think a store would see the obvious value in providing good service. Since an engagement ring typically means at least two more rings would be purchased. One wedding band each, for the bride and groom. Not to mention any other future jewelry purchases (e.g., necklaces, watches, etc). So you can see the complete indifference the staff demonstrated. This company chose to write off hundreds to thousands of dollars in potential sales. I always try to support local businesses. In this case I received nothing but problems. I could have taken my business to a generic mall jewelry store. I can not say if I would have gotten worse service, at a corporate store. But is seems there was a very good chance it would have been better.

This place is ran by children! Customer service is terrible. I was in there to buy some tools for my husband not only could I not get help, but I seen a pregnant woman trying to pawn a battery charging station for cars. She requested someone help bring the actual battery in from her car to show that it works and the lady gave her attitude. And they denied her on account it looked too clean. I still didn’t get help or acknowledge after being there to see all that. That’s how they treat people ignore them or deny them.

I can respectfully say that, there has been a mixed bag of experiences. However, to be fair, I understand that a pawnshop is looking to make a profit in their transactions. So, overall my experience with WW Pawn, it depends on whom you are working.

When I went there they were super nice and helpful. They weren't acting rude or anything like that. I gotta say it was the best costumer service I've had in a while

Got offered $60 for a brand new $400 Michael Kors purse. They look up the item on EBAY and then offer you a third of the price from that. This pawn shop needs to go out of business

Id give them negative stars if i could. They give not even a third of a price. I had a 24 kt pure gold necklace that weighed 22 grams, a PlayStation 4 controller never opened still in box with the 59$ price tag on it, and a stihl chainsaw and the jackass looked me in the face and offered me 50$. They are rude, unprofessional and ghetto. I dont know anyone who has had good business here. They lowball everybody and everything beyond understanding. I get they need to make a profit but a 95% profit? Giant scam excuse for a business.

Very Rude, was wearing my mask and had lowered it below my nose to talk to my companion and the women behind the counter raised her voice and demanded I put my mask on all the way not even politely asking.. NOT coming here again I have been to many of the pawn shops in the area and know we need a mask which I had on but am not going to tolerate being talked that way too, try your chances here if you dare if shes willing to be that way over such a simple request I wonder how she is when your trying to ask her a question or do anything here?
