By far the WORST place I have ever worked for. They say it’s assisted living and it’s FAR from it. Rooms dirty and stink. It seems like the rooms never get cleaned. They had/have bed bugs but still let the residents who have the bed bugs walk around and go into other people’s rooms. VERY unprofessional and they seem like they have no clue what they’re doing. Worked a whole 12hr shift one night by myself with no nurse. People didn’t get any of the meds they needed until 7am. If I could give it 0 stars I would !!!!

This is scathing but accurate review. At the top, administrator is narcissistic, petty, racist snowflake. President is the same. Food is the lowest quality not prepared properly. Staff is rude and incompetent, except for one. An Angel. Good luck with getting your own meds. Equipment is broken down, grounds unkept with countless excuses. Look elsewhere unless you want to hear whining about state and the attorney general coming. And can't forget the bedbugs.

One of the girls who works there was beyond rude. I walked right up to the front desk because I was delivering a grocery order. I asked her how to get to the second level. Her response, “you go to the elevator & press 2…” I asked her where the elevator was because I had never been there before and she said “well why don’t you look behind you”. I have no idea why she was so rude, but it was awful and so uncalled for.

I was very excited to be going to Woodridge and was led to believe it was just what I was looking for??I must say, there were good and bad but overall I was very unfulfilled especially when I actually only needed basic help and follow through regarding getting physical therapy and referrals to dr that could help with pain and surgery needed on my hipI was there a little over a month and felt more anxiety and depression than I had in years bc Nothing was completed with regards to what was expected or promised!Ii found them to be very unorganized and although I liked the dr I met2 time there. She was extremely inconsistent with showing up and the follow through on everything was very dismalMost residents there just seem content with ? Whatever???♀️And exist bc no other options or helpThe facility could be sooo much better but the overall consistency was the only thing you could count onThe menu is pathetic but not kitchen staffs fault bc it’s obviously the cheapest, most generic grade of food that is purchased!!Fattening empty carbs and rare fruit or vegetables worth eatingThe ownership ??♀️Food…-1Cleanliness,…8Activities ,… 1Doctors,…2Psychologist,… 11?CNAs,… 5Maintenance,…5Coffee,…0Rooms,…2. I've lived at Wood Ridge for 2 years and have found the staff to be genuinely very willing to be of help for any needs we may have. Always willing to listen. In my opinion the food is extremely good! Come tour and see for yourself!

Wood Ridge took me in when I had nowhere else to go. The staff always helps me with things, like finance and insurance things I can't handle on my own. There is always a quick turnaround when I put in a maintenance request in the book which is nice. I like to sit out on the back deck, it is so pretty. I'm sad when good staff members leave sometimes because I miss them. I like that they are pet friendly because I can have my cat with me.

Charley (resident) has sharp dance moves and shares a fist bump with children visiting, whipping a dollar out of his clip and smiling infectiously.The staff is top-notch.
