All very neat, clean, very friendly people, and very varied products, just missing that they have a place for Latin American items.

Nobody cares about this location any more. It's closing in April. Every Tuesday they are marking items less and less. I only went there to do some extra curricular shopping. Nothing I absolutely needed, just wanted. Get stuff while you still can. And even if it doesn't work out, you can always return at another location. So shop on, buy em out, and get your money's worth!

This location is closing it's doors permanently in April. Everything is 25% off but I did notice they raised the price on certain things. It's a shame the local community took to blatantly walking out in groups with shopping carts full causing this closing. So much for convenience.

This poor store didn't stand a chance with it's location. The entire Northside is barely surviving! The vibe all together is just bad! Stagnant, and bad! Martin's on portage road couldn't survive either! Even as portage meats it didn't survive! The majority is all due to theft! Welcome to the Northside aka Little Chi-Raq. Do better!!! ?

With the other location in SBI going out of business, I was hoping for more than two lanes (one 15 or less) to be open. Self checkout isn't the best option for elderly people with full shopping carts. When the lines are longer than 5 customers, at 11:00 a.m., during spring break, heading into Easter.... Please fix it Walmart.

Ever since they learned they are closing all rules have gone out the window. Company policy does not apply tho this store anymore. Everyone else was very rude, even the manager when I spoke with them about the problem I was having. Said to the door greeter that it was the worst customer service I had experienced at Walmart and he laughed and said that's why we are closing.

You are a franchise, and everything should be flowing perfectly, but service and customer service is it's downfall. Y'all can't even answer a phone. I was just trying to check on my application, and background check.

This is certainly my main store. Side note: There are rarely enough checkout lanes open, so lines can be extremely long and time-consuming. But the prices are good

If ur white the employees and the customers treat with hate crimes. If you go to the postage store the black people treat you and your family horrible and the employees too . If you go to the Niles store they treat everyone the same with respect. Now back to the portage store I've been threatened by a huge black guy if it wasn't for his girlfriend we probably would have stepped outside. All I was doing was shopping for deodorant. If it was up to him we would have fought right there but I've never done anything to make another human that upset. I'm not much of a fighter but I would protect myself and my family. He kept making comments about me shopping there finally I said ( is there something wrong) and the woman descalated it so I just left. I also heard about this happening all over.the problem for me is when covid hit a lot off Walmarts customer went over to Meijers is of course my grossery and now they like so much there staying so now they both are NO GOOD

Like every other Walmart. With a slightly different layout. But still pretty good. Other than getting stopped at random. But still a good place.

Staff are generally very helpful, unless you go to the pharmacy; some of their technicians are not very personable there. The store could use more associates straightening the place up and possibly putting our merchandise. A lot of staff were involved in personal conversations, so assistance must be sought after.
