If at all possible, use another pharmacy. Simple refills take 3 to 5 days. If it takes longer than that, they just cancel the order.

Walmart Bakery is awesome. Miss Debbie (or Debby) was a PHENOMENAL help getting not one but TWO cakes decorated and stored for a party the day after I came. I wanted to tip her but she said a review would be just as helpful. Give that lady a raise! Woohoo!

I mean, it's a Walmart. Similar to most others in the area. Wheelchair accessible and has good-sized handicapped spots. The way people use them aren't always good though so it just depends. Not sure that the whole store is wheelchair friendly though considering if you are looking for clothes or the like some spaces are just too small to turn around or get out of.

I wanted material. No one was around so I went to the computer department to have them call someone. No one showed up. I waited about 10 minutes. As I was leaving without making a purchase, I passed another Walmart employee and let him know my issue. I waited another 5-7 and then left. North Mishawaka has much better customer service.

The men section was good but need more dress pants and shirts selection there were only two dress pants to choose from but the associate working in the department help me find what they had out thanks to her

As a former front end team lead, despite the things that happened there when I did work there I just want to give a shout out especially to Carmen, Justin, and Allison for their efforts and helping me open the money center for a very important payment that I had to make. Thank you for being there to help me in a time of need I really really appreciate it and I'm very grateful for each and every one of you thank you from the bottom of my heart!

It was kinda dark n there . But I looked cleaner then usually has.. also there was some one at the changing rooms. So I could try my clothes on .so not bad for that day

The shopping experience was okay I found everything I needed but almost all of the staff had headphones which made it hard to get their attention to ask for help. The staff were also on their phones not paying attention when there were tons of help needed. There were barely any carts and if there were they were all messed up in some kind of way. And in the toy aisles there were opened packages EVERYWHERE. The whole store was trashed and nothing was where it was supposed to be!! Out of all the workers that were walking around on their phones there were only TWO running lanes!! So instead of helping they would ignore us and just go back on their phones!!

They have been really short staffed a lot but won't hire people with felonies who are trying to put their lives back together alot of them are excellent workers and could help boost their consumer rates but oh well

If you go at 8-9am in the morning there is little to no people ! There are no lines at the check out lanes or even self check out!!!At high yime is another story in the evening.The shopping experience is alright. There seems to be a lot of boxes blocking the isles more than before.Staff does not seem friendly unless they're the greeters at the doors.The lanes to be checked out at a register are always 2-3 people or more since they seem to only have a handful open at a time.I prefer to use self check-out, but I dislike being stopped at the door. For example, near the self check out, I was just there. Sometimes, they even made eye contact but still asked to see my receipt.Maybe I am overreacting, but it seems to be only certain staff members. Some staff are nice Andrea and and older gentleman & some of the staff in the technology section which they're always being pressured and are having to replace often.

Walmart a wide selection of affordable day to day supplies. I like the Brahma steel toe boots. For under $50.00 you can get a good boot for almost any job.Be patient at check out.They are short handed.

Shameka is running the floor like a boss today! She saw her lines getting backed up and handled it so fast! She definitely made sure her customers could get thru these lines today! I have been so iffy about this location from previous experience but she definitely changed my mind today!

Incident date 05/01/23I want to give this Walmart a 1 star review. For horrible customer service!The reason being, I was forced to pay for toilet paper again after paying for it and being humiliated.This all happened after I payed and tried to leave Walmart (I paid 170). As I was leaving, I was stopped those people who check ur receipt.Okay, cool they do that from time to time. So I handed my receipt to my son to hand to the lady.She looked at the receipt and then said “I don’t see here the toilet paper.” And I asked are u sure? She replied, “Yeah, how much did u pay for it?”Idk I’m not sure, maybe around 20. She said “Oh that’s the big one, I know it’s more than that and I don’t see anything above 20 dollars payed for toilet paper.”The toilet paper I bought was the great value 24mega rolls=96regular rolls I believe or something along those lines. The price was 17 and with taxes 18 for context.She was wrong on that, but I didn’t know. Like I said, I just wasn’t sure on the price, I couldn’t remember.To add to that she was questioning me in front of entrance and loudly at that. In front of people accusing me of stealing not directly, but indirectly by saying “You didn’t pay for it.”How humiliating, to be accused in front of my son and in public like that. When I was so sure, I paid for it and it was the first thing I was sure they scanned.It doesn’t end there….She grabs the toilet paper says “follow me.” Then goes to a nerby cash register scans it and asks the cashier to quote on quote “Make sure I pay for it.”Looking back now, I can see that what happened should of never occurred and what happened wasn’t right.Getting back to the story.I felt obligated and forced to pay because if not, “I didn’t pay for it.” It came out to 18 with taxes.Then the lady who stopped us said “See it’s 18 dollars and there is nothing on the receipt that’s 18” and then left.After she left, my son checked the receipt and found. What we just paid for was the first thing on the old receipt and we were double charged.Now that everything was clear, I told the cashier “Look I was charged twice can I get a refund”He said “ No I can’t give u one,” and then told us to go to the customer service.So we did and waited in line. Then told the customer service representative and she said “This has happened several times, but Walmart doesn’t do anything.”She was kind and gave us our refund after making sure. Then we saw the manager and tried to speak with her.We explained our frustration and situation and she ignored us. Saying “It’s not my problem.” and “I don’t deal with that.” Speedily walking away.The lady’s name who stopped us is haydee and I’m not sure about the manager.This was my traumatizing experience at Walmart and a general idea of what happened.I’m leaving Walmart a 1 star review because of my experience and posting this hoping Walmart changes how they do business.
