Everytime I've had a prescription "filled" at this location its out of stock and more is on the way. I'm told it'll be here Monday then when mo.day comes it's we don't know. The staff in the pharmacy are rude to customers. Recently now they have changed the hours and are closed on Saturday and Sunday which is a huge inconvenience to some customers. This location just keeps going downhill. I would definitely choose one of the other locations in town, as this pharmacy is a waste of your time.

If you need a prescription please go anywhere else save yourself the headache. The pharmacy staff is rude as can be and treat you like you are inconvenienceing them by asking them to do there job. Seriously go anywhere else possible!!

I made an appointment 3 days ago to get a flu vaccine at Ireland Road only to have my appointment cancelled 2 hours before. I rescheduled online at Cleveland Rd for 6:50 p.m. today. I was unable to get my vaccine due to staffing. I appreciate they heard my complaint and the manager handled it well. It's always good to see businesses who value their customers.

the most frustrating pharmacy in the area. go to meijer across the street, they don't jerk you around nearly as much and the process is much smoother.

Friendly staff. Well stocked. Sometimes they can be understaffed so one might have to wait a bit if they want to check out the fragrances or need help finding something. I prefer Walgreens over CVS with one exception. Walgreens no longer sells Just for Men beard dye which is unfortunate. Well maybe they do at other locations but not here.

Whoever I just spoke with on the phone was beyond unhelpful and I am beyond frustrated. I got a message from the automated system with my last refill saying it was my last and to reply with YES to have them reach out to continue refilling my medication. I replied with the YES but now here I am the day before I'm meant to take the medicine and the lady on the phone simply said "well I don't have the script. " and stayed silent when I asked what I'm meant to do now.

This used to be a great pharmacy. The customer service has gotten really bad. There is a young woman who appears to be Indian. She’s so mean. It’s sad. I choose to drive to Niles now to refill prescriptions.

Absolutely terrible service. Call them they say your prescription will be ready by time get here get here, then don’t have it when you driver over there, then won’t help you to find out which Walgreens does have it, tells you that you need to call around…. So if you like being transferred, getting half information that you need every time you call, and do you like doing their job? by finding the medication yourself then go here. You just won’t get paid for the work you do.

Pharmacy employees need to learn customer service. Have alittle bit of compassion. Your dealing with sick customers and or customers that need their prescriptions filled. I understand that out of stock happens due high demand. But don't be so rude about it when I stop by or call after waiting 8 days for my prescription. And when asked if you could check other Walgreen's. Your response that you don't work for other Walgreen's blew me away . Aren't you a corporate company!?

I went to the Doctor today and my Doctor looked for savings for patient, she looked on good RX for discounts for my medication, and she found that I could get Mucinex for $3 account of 20 and Robitussin cough medicine for $7. She searched because I usually have been getting prescriptions filled at CVS for over 20 years so I said okay. I can save some money. I arrived at Walgreens I was treated with very poor customer service. The pharmacy staff was rude, did not care about processing my medication. The pharmacist informed me after waiting 40 minutes that she don't take good RX, she don't take coupons and my Doctor was on the phone, my Doctor had to call me back at the pharmacy. She told my Doctor that she does not appreciate her telling customers, how much medication cost, the pharmacist was trying to charge me $19 and then she changed it to 14 talking about generics, because when you get to the store it's maybe different, but the GoodRx app, plus the benefits that help us to lower our cost for prescriptions and over the counter medications. If your Doctor orders it through the pharmacy you can get a discount on it, I pay $89, a month for my insurance, when I started with this company I was paying $139 a month. I was thankful when the cost went down to $89 and I was thankful that I was able to afford to pay monthly on my insurance. I was very frustrated. I have been sick for 14 days, just trying to get relief the pharmacist did not care about that, her staff was very rude. I will never go to Walgreens on Bendix again as long as I have breath in my body. I was so disappointed the way they treated me as a human being and a customer. I feel humiliated as I sit there suffering with this upper respiratory sickness. that I was seeking relief for, do not go to Walgreens on Bendix. I work everyday and I pay taxes and I contribute to the economy, and I did not appreciate being humiliated and treated in such a manner. Only stopped at this Walgreens because it was near my work. I bought cotton balls, Q-tips & some candy. I didn't notice until I got home but everything I bought got rang up twice. It wasn't huge amounts but it's the point I was overcharged.
