What a horrible service! The woman that works there is by far the worst human being I've ever seen! Highly unprofessional. Some people should be put in a mental institution for the treatment they desperately need!

Had to have a vehicle towed today from one location to another. Brandon the tow driver was fantastic. I will, if needed, use them again. I felt charge for the tow was more than fair. Thank you!

First of all it was driven drunk by someone who don't own it. So the owner wants her car back but first the lady who answers is soooo rude and won't even give me the money amount without vin number. Finally get off work to get the vin for her to say 300 but we closed already and u can get it til Monday now which she never once said earlier. Hey it's Friday if u can't get it u will rack up weekend fees. Have u heard of good customer service?? We did not drive it drunk yet we are treated like a criminal and all we want is to get our car back. We don't even live in that town. So U tow 24/7 but someone can't drive to your town to get their car back? And the fee is double the amount of anywhere I've ever called and then u hang up on me. If I ever needed anyones help I would never ever call Vic's. Hire someone new to deal with ppl if ur gonna have prices like that AND keep them from getting their car all weekend when they did nothing wrong to begin with except let a fool drive their car Insane

Had my jeep towed to my house and the followed my instructions perfectly! I called early and they got it picked up right away. Driver and receptionist were both super friendly!

Vic's Towing is a reputable company. Who you can count on when having car issues and staying stranded. Vic & staff are prompt to the rescue. I know other's may have their negative fee back with their opinions due to experience with getting towed on a lot, But just like us they have a job too do. It's simple READ The signs!! Problem solved.
