I wish there was a way to leave more than 5 stars!! Devin and Derek were not only fantastic sales associates in helping me select new phones for my wife and I but are clearly great people. I think I enjoyed talking with them just as much as I enjoyed my new products. Thank you both for being experts at what you do!

Absolutely terrible customer service. I drove 30 miles out of my way to get help on my business account and the manager took over for no reason while the rep was helping because she wanted to brag about working in Chicago. She completely wasted my time over talked me and kept going on and on with her power trip. Absolute waste of time

Horrible customer service. The manager rudely took over to brag about working at a Verizon in Chicago which had nothing to do with the issues I drove 30 minutes to resolve. The poor kid helping me (and he was helping) got reprimanded and told to back off while she power tripped and threatened to kick me out. Not a good look Verizon.

Emma was great and helped us with a very complicated set of phones and numbers that needed transfered to Verizon. She did an excellent job and enjoyed working with her.

I’ve never felt so disrespected in my entire adult life. I walked in with the intention to upgrade my phone. Didn’t know what I wanted for sure. I tossed the idea between staying with an iPhone or going to the zfold5. I wanted a smaller phone for when it counts. Guy trash talked the galaxy and simply stated what I was trying to accomplish wasn’t going to be accomplished. And then said “what is there to think about” that kid cost you a sale.
