I received a package delivered by UPS on 24, Dec. 2023. The driver was dressed as Santa Claus. I'm 70 y.o.a. and even at that age it put a huge smile on my face. Please relate to the driver that it made my day!

I recently had to ship some freight with Tforce. For two days they did not show up for the scheduled collection and not call or give any notice. I called the main number and was given the option to drop it off by the support staff as well as the address of this terminal. When I showed up at the dock, the supervisor was incredibly rude, accused me of lying when I said I was told I could drop it off there and said I was trespassing for a backing up to the dock to have them unload my freight.

T Force South Bend formerly UPS freight Lost my 900 lb shipment. Told me they found it in the wrong state. After that they never updated the tracking. The tracking site is missing 8 days of freight and location history that they summarized on the phone. If they can see the freight and location history, why cannot I. I called multiple times to schedule my freight delivery and you cannot call the scheduling department directly. You call customer service and they send a message to the scheduling company. They lied and said they tried to call me. They never did. Still waiting for my 900 lb freight delivery (two pallets I believe).Updated May 5th. Packages since have been found and delivered today. Driver was great.

I live at Karl king apartments and instead of my package being brought to my apartment the delivery man sets all packages/merchandise in the lobby. I'm not sitting outside my apartment I'm awaiting for my package. I get it it's covid but are you going to replace my package. NO.

If the company is ran anything like how the “service center manager” Terrance bush acts and treats those who work for the same company as he does then I suggest you ship your freight with any other ltl company. Never In my years in the army have I been as disrespected as I was earlier today. Maybe during the culling of the heard you and those like you are replaced by real leaders that actually know what’s going on in their own back yard. May peace be with you. Thank you.

Holding my shipment since Tuesday. Asked for delivery anytime Tuesday when I saw it was in. They called to deliver on Thursday. I tried to reach them immediately starting at 11:20am Wed., called UPS and spoke with the main officetwice telling them to deliver anytime. I was told it would be 8-5. Since told that there wasn't even a truck coming. Still waiting.

Very poor shipment was lost took 20 days to receive a 4-5 day shipment no cooperation at all

If you have freight that needs to be shipped on time, use someone else. They are the least reliable with pick ups, will mark freight picked up that they never showed up for, and then blame you for the delay.
