Absolutely horrible company. I worked here for 2 months and wasnt told benefits were offered. Once I found out they were offered I had already given my notice and cut my hours so I didnt think I needed to do anything. My second to last check had a very large amount taken out for health benefits I didnt want. I have spoken to HR numerous times, each time given a later date for when to expect my reimbursement check. The latest time frame is a total of 14 weeks after my last day of employment. I have been hung up on by HR members and have been talked down to by another employee whose number was given to me by HR because I was told she could help me. Micki Rice was rude and unhelpful, while continuously telling me I was calling the wrong department after I explained to her I was directed to her by that department. Then she told me I wasnt even eligible for benefits during my time frame at UPS. I then told her I understood and just wanted answers for why I was getting the run around. She then told me to call the same automated number I had been calling. She told me to ask for a manager. Like I couldn't figure that out on my own. Dont work here, it's not worth it.
