Won’t go back. Not helpful and don’t take packages that other stores take. I have returned multiple packages to the Ireland rd and SR 23 locations in the bag they were shipped to me in and this one refused to take it.

The staff are very kind and knowledgeable. I value good customer service, and they provide that here. It was not always like that with the previous owners.

Bummer... $675 giant antique ceramic planter packed by UPS store and also shipped by them at a total cost of $240 arrived to buyer in hundreds of pieces... both of us very disappointed. I refunded the buyer total paid. The staff aren't terribly friendly for regular returns/prelabeled shipments...but okay, no big deal. This was the first time I shipped thru them as it was too big for me to package safely. I wish they would have just told me they weren't equipped. I would have lugged it to Fedex. Sigh... (claims only paid back shipping and $100 out of $675 value, additional insurance wasn't offered at time of purchase-- Capital One UPS claims did respond quickly though, ergo 2 stars). I will still use for prepaid labeled shipments & returns, but nothing else. Just super bummed and $575 + $88 poorer. Live and learn, the hard way sometimes.

Stopped in today. I work with UPS on a daily basis. I know UPS stores are independently owned. If UPS treated me this way on a daily basis, I'd find a new carrier. I won't be back to this store.

The people that used to work there took care of all my customer needs with a smile. The new owners are rude and made me feel like i was a burden. They told me "Next time we will have to charge you for tape." Charge me for tape then! The woman working there today was very rude and acted like I was a burden. I'll never go there again even though it's right down the street. The younger girl treated me with respect. Find a new job young lady, your coworkers treat people like children.

I recently went to this UPS location to send a box of snack-filled stockings to a not-for-profit organization that sends them to deployed military and veterans at VA hospitals. Mohamed was so very good with his packing and, because it was for a not-for-profit he didn’t even charge me for the box! He was so kind and thoughtful. I really appreciate him! I will definitely go back to this location even though it is further from my home!

Apparently they close well before 3:00 on Sundays despite their claims.Today I arrived by 2:55pm pier Verizon Wireless time and the door was locked.When I tried to open the door it was fully locked.Inside, I saw a person g around who looked up at me then turned away.

As a small business owner I wouldn’t be able to balance life without services like these. Although Sunday packages that are dropped off won’t be picked up from the store until Monday, it will save me time tomorrow. I always get great, pleasant service when I drop off my packages here. Great Job✔️

Terrible service I have been a customer there for years today the man that says he owns the store treated me with the most Terrible insane service most unhuman I've ever encountered !!! WHAT UPS STORE DONT TAPE OR PACKAGE BOXES ? isn't that why you was there!! Your job!!He says it needs tape I say ok tape it,It's not my job he yells! we'll ill pay or sell me tape I'll do it myself no I wasn't given these options no instead he yelled at me like his kid and told me take my stuff and get out his store well ok no problem hopefully the next ups store I go to actually has a piece of tape or will sell me some so I can send off my package since I see even though it's advertised they pack and ship I guess this location only packs and ships for certain people don't go there unless you wanted to be treated like a dummy and want to receive poor service thanks for wasting my day!

Visited this UPS store a few times to return large items (cargo baskets & crossbars). Mohammed [store owner] went above & beyond each time to help me with the process. Couldn’t be more thankful enough to have such a genuine person to assist in a stressful situation. Any future returns, this is the UPS store I prefer! Thanks Mohammed! -Ryan M (the Kayak Guy)

I think it's worth noting that many of the poor reviews are of a previous store owner. The new owner, Mohammad, is wonderful. Every time I visit the store I leave with my needs taken care of and a smile on my face.
