I went in to get my package, again. 4th time btw. Ups won’t deliver my packages to my house for whatever reason, they just put a sticker on my door, won’t knock or ring the door bell. And then I get notified on my phone that my package can’t be delivered . So I go to the store my package is at which so happened to be this one and the lil raggedy females in this store were full of attitude and piss poor customer service. They were already talking about other customers when I walked in. And then when I explained what happened to me again and who or how do I contact someone about the problems, they told me they can’t give me the info etc. between the delivery drivers being dumb AF & the creatures working the store, ups is trash.

The workers in this store have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I came in the store to return an item. I didn’t have my return label printed and my package didn’t have a concealed container for shipping. Although this was how it came to me in plastic. On 2/12/24 @ 2:20pm. The cashier looked at the item and told me she can’t return it like that and that I needed a label. I explained to her calmly that’s how it came in plastic. She then calls the person behind her to explain to me why they can’t return it and how Amazon broke shipping policies. I looked at both workers and explained to them I am able to return the item they give an envelope and print the label. I had no problem paying for the required things for it to be shipped. As workers it’s your job to present the options to the customer. No one in this store came even close to doing so. If I didn’t already have prior knowledge of how things work, I would’ve had to go home with a package I didn’t need and couldn’t return according to your employees. As a person that has worked in customer service, this store is horrible and needs better management!

Would have been nice you were closed on Friday before I drove all the way there in the middle of a snow storm. Google showed you were open till 6:30pm I arrived before that. If you close early you should probably notify your customers so they know not to waste their time and gas.

Utterly lied regarding pricing for notary. Didn't explain that $10 a pg ACTUALLY mean $20 per pg. Continued to lie the entire time! If the price is 20 due to needing to sign twice then say that! Not 10 per page. Never using this store again. FRAUDSTER!

I was at UPS store (Erskine area) @1:15 p.m. on June 27th. I just wanted to return the item and I asked this guy for help because I wasn’t sure how to do it. He literally said “I can’t help you with that” then he said “Next”! I thought that was rude, so I moved aside and tried to figure it out myself but no luck so I asked this young lady, Shayla and she knew exactly how to help me. It was quick! Thank you Shayla!!!

Maybe your guest service team should know how to do their job instead of getting mad at your guests and dramatically huffing. It is unacceptable in any form while handling a client to act in such way. John knows what he is talking about the younger white kid with black hair and glasses needs some customer service training and a name tag.

I forgot my prescriptions at home when I went on vacation. I had someone overnight them for me, but due to bad weather they were not able to get them to me the next day. I spent an hour on the phone and had to pay extra money to have them held at a location so they wouldn't be delivered where we no longer were staying. UPS says they can't do anything for me, that I have to go to the UPS Store-Erskine to have the package rerouted. I just went there and the manager refuses to help me. I just got the prescriptions filled before I left and now I am going to have to pay to get them refilled. Don't use any UPS store, but this one is just terrible for not helping me!

I have to agree with the response of the reviewers.. The staff here is rude and not very customer orientated. This isn't about UPS as a company, more about this specific location.

I come here often because I have an eBay side business. The older fellas who's been here for some time just moments ago accused me of stealing one of their bubble mailer envelopes. No sir... I do not need to steal a $1.00 envelope. I bought ten of them from you last time I was here. And by the way, you just watched me walk in with it in hand. The guy was a real sarcastic j**** Poor customer service.

I use the ups store by grape road and get excellent service and we find solutions to ship items. This store was a complete opposite experience. I was told to go to Lowe’s. To return my Amazon package. That was already packed, by Amazon. Didn’t offer me a box to ship it. The female employee looked at me like I was crazy when I was confused by the interaction.

I called today to try to get details about two items that I shipped back. She wouldn’t allow me to get a word in. Every time I tried to ask a question, she would talk over me. It was an Amazon return and I had the receipt in hand. On the receipt were two tracking numbers listed, in which neither were valid. I tried to ask why and her reply was, “I don’t know. It’s your receipt.” The same receipt issued from the UPS store. I asked if there were someone else there who had the information I needed, she refused to even try to find someone and told me, “We all going to tell you the same thing.” She had a terrible attitude and just didn’t even act like she wanted to help. I asked if she was the manager, she said yes. I told her that her managerial and customer service skills were terrible and to get further training. I was not impressed, especially since she claimed to be the manager.
