I usually use this store for my business and for amazon returns with no issues. This morning the employee couldn't be bothered to get off her cell phone conversation during my transaction. Instead of using words like an adult she just rolled her eyes and pointed where to put stuff and threw my receipt on the counter. Very annoying process to say the least.

I would like to commend Shayla for her willingness to assist me in two deliveries of high value goods back to back. I don’t frequently leave reviews unless a person or business deserves good or bad feedback. I can’t speak for other daily employees or the location as a whole but if you’re lucky enough to get Shayla in the morning, then you are in good hands. A raise is deserved or even a promotion.

I went in to get my package, again. 4th time btw. Ups won’t deliver my packages to my house for whatever reason, they just put a sticker on my door, won’t knock or ring the door bell. And then I get notified on my phone that my package can’t be delivered . So I go to the store my package is at which so happened to be this one and the lil raggedy females in this store were full of attitude and piss poor customer service. They were already talking about other customers when I walked in. And then when I explained what happened to me again and who or how do I contact someone about the problems, they told me they can’t give me the info etc. between the delivery drivers being dumb AF & the creatures working the store, ups is trash.

The workers in this store have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I came in the store to return an item. I didn’t have my return label printed and my package didn’t have a concealed container for shipping. Although this was how it came to me in plastic. On 2/12/24 @ 2:20pm. The cashier looked at the item and told me she can’t return it like that and that I needed a label. I explained to her calmly that’s how it came in plastic. She then calls the person behind her to explain to me why they can’t return it and how Amazon broke shipping policies. I looked at both workers and explained to them I am able to return the item they give an envelope and print the label. I had no problem paying for the required things for it to be shipped. As workers it’s your job to present the options to the customer. No one in this store came even close to doing so. If I didn’t already have prior knowledge of how things work, I would’ve had to go home with a package I didn’t need and couldn’t return according to your employees. As a person that has worked in customer service, this store is horrible and needs better management!

Would have been nice you were closed on Friday before I drove all the way there in the middle of a snow storm. Google showed you were open till 6:30pm I arrived before that. If you close early you should probably notify your customers so they know not to waste their time and gas.

Utterly lied regarding pricing for notary. Didn't explain that $10 a pg ACTUALLY mean $20 per pg. Continued to lie the entire time! If the price is 20 due to needing to sign twice then say that! Not 10 per page. Never using this store again. FRAUDSTER!

If I could give it a zero I would. The staff mistakenly shipped a Christmas package heading to VA to MY own home address! I brought the package back in after receiving it next day and they told me it would be even more to send it to the right address! Got a refund and took elsewhere. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you want your package to go to the right place, do not go here! Never again!
Update: ups store customer service said this was absolutely unacceptable and they are escalating the complaint to store owner and regional management today. This is purely a mismanagement of THIS location, staff and management, John.
Update: nothing happened. I haven’t used ups since.
