The staff member who helped me at this store was great. I showed up with an Amazon return that was too big for the box because I didn't fully disassemble it. The worker was so awesome and helped me take it apart and get it into the box so I could return it.

Every time I go into the UPS store number 1097, I am happy with my experience. Everyone is always so kind and helpful and they make my life so much easier. They have helped me grow my small business bigger and better. They are like a family and team to me.

I have used UPS on several occasions and I'm always satisfied, customer service when I go into the store they are very helpful and pleasant to speak with, UPS is the only service I will use when I need something shipped.
