Picked up my son’s prescription and was shorted 6 pills.. I called to ask if there was a reason.. they put me on hold to check their supply and basically told me I was a lier.. they called me prior to me picking up my order and told me there was a shortage, my son needs his medicine they could have shortened someone else now it shows we received the full 30 days .. absolutely wrong they need to check their staff

This pharmacy really is a cut above the rest. They always answer the phone, they have all your information at their fingertips and are some of the friendliest people you could ever meet. If they say they'll call your doctor for a refill, they do it right away and always have my scripts ready within hours. Plus, their pricing is lower than other places and they look for discounts for you.

Not my pharmacy, but I drove a family member here multiple times to pick up prescriptions. Meds were filled on time, staff was very friendly and quick. The prices seemed very reasonable!Very convenient location with easy in/out access.

Friendly and prompt on filling prescriptions! I couldn't believe how fast my prescription was filled. Absolutely wonderful to come and not have to wait 20 minutes or more in the drive thru where I used to go. This will be my pharmacy now!

UC Pharmacy is the best pharmacy I've ever used. Time and time again, I am impressed with the above-and-beyond service and time spent here. I've taken my fearful daughter here for a flu shot and so much kindness came flowing from the staff to calm her. It was not an easy day. But the staff at UC pharmacy truly care about each of their clients, and this is not an overstatement. I drive from out of state to use this pharmacy simply because they take that good of care of me. If you're still with a box pharmacy and you live in Michiana, make the switch, you WILL NOT be disappointed.

We actually changed our health care carrier just so we could remain with this pharmacy. Ray and his staff are second to none. Personalize customer service, handy drive-up window, no waiting in long lines, and a family business. We will not go to a large drug store chain or huge grocery chain again for our prescriptions. Easy in and out and great, friendly staff.
