Not happy with UniFirst!! Trying to get someone on the phone always has taken me 20+ minutes! During the beginning of covid we needed to lower some bills, someone came out to assist us by adjusting our visits from 2x a month to once a month. Ended up they put a new contract in place to help assist us. Ya, right! Not at all what we had in mind! The lower bill is now higher than before & higher than the contract states! We want out & we are told it's thousands of dollars to leave this company!! I have proof that this company breached the contract with us & yet I can not leave without paying them thousands! NOTE to anyone looking to use this company (or any for that matter) read that tiny freaking print that says you can not breach the contract without a fee but they can! Based on this I would Definitely NOT recommend this company to anyone! I will be trying to reach out to the owner but I doubt I will hear back at this rate!

Our delivery guy does a good job, too bad he works for a company which provides such poor service. Missing uniforms are a weekly occurrence. If you need repairs you wil be lucky to see it again in a month, if at all. The shop towels are rags and it's up to the customer to sort the few good ones. Ask around before you sign that contract!!
