Be careful going here they will rip you off I went here for a tire rod replacement and they never took my wheels off to check the tire rods he told me my pump was bad and wanted to charge me 400 for it when I already had the vehicle inspected and diagnosed the problem

Tim and his son Chris always get me back on the road asap. And they have went above and beyond to make it as least costly to my account , not many mechanics would do that, most are scam artist Wich is exactly why I stay loyal to the ones that help me.

I was having trouble with getting real accurate info from another mechanic and I was recommended Tim's shop by my wife. Tim was very nice, an authentic mechanic and mechanic shop. Tim quoted me a great price for what I needed and had it done same day! I highly recommend this place and it will be my local shop from now on.

Tim Bland is someone you can trust to tell you the truth& not take advantage of a situation. He is here when you need him to let you know what is going on& what is not when it comes to your ride. He's schooled enough in his craft that there are times all he needs to do is ask questions about the situation in order to know where to start. I have a Ford suv that went into limp mode due to not having enough gas going up a hill at a stop light. Instead of charging me a fortune for a diagnosis, he knew the problem from my info& the dash lights that came on. I was towed to his shop by asap towing& this guy was as genuine as Tim. Tim hooked up his code reader& when it read no codes available, he laughed& we discussed the limp mode. With it being an issue with the gas level, which wasn't enough to leave me stranded but enough to make my suv shut down so as not to cause further damage, I was given great advice. I'll be back in the next couple weeks to address other issues. Great guy! Kind of guy you're glad to have as a friend! Solid as they come! A family business that will go on for decades!

I am happy to say that I have been trusting Tim with my car ever since I moved to South Bend four years ago. A couple years later, my mom moved up here as well, and since then he has been taking great care of both of our cars. Tim is incredibly knowledgable, does quick work, and most importantly, is honest and fair. I have never been oversold or upcharged, and every repair that he and his team have done has stuck. I couldn't recommend Tim's enough!

This is now my forever auto shop. I had taken my car into 2 different shops previously to look into a problem I had been dealing with and neither of them could figure it out. I called Tim and he immediately knew the solution over the phone. I took it in and he fixed it away in the parking lot between appointments. He’s a grade A guy and mechanic!

Tim is your guy! Similar to another reviewer, I live in Illinois and my daughter lives in Indiana attending school. She came out from school one day and her car wouldn’t start. Obviously I’m not familiar with any auto repair shops in South Bend, so I searched the internet. I found a review from a previous customer who lived in Texas and had a similar situation as mine with his daughter. He raved about how great Tim was, so I decided to give Tim a try. Tim did not disappoint!! He was very thorough with his work. He was quick! And best of all, he was affordable! Thank you so much, Tim for looking out for my baby girl and relieving this worried mama!
