I agree with Tammy. Tim Kelly is all about customer service. When the windshield of my car became cracked, he walked me through how to get it reimbursed. When my son totaled his car, we received a check a few days later. When we first signed up with State Farm, our insurance bills were drastically reduced.Tim knows insurance and he knows customer service. I wouldn't leave him if my son started selling insurance!

Tim and his staff have always been prompt and helpful whenever I needed it. He is litterly always there when you need him. They go out of their way to make claims easy and to answer any questions you have.

Absolutely horrible and rude customer service. Finally had enough and switch to a different state farm agent and have already saved over $600 for the year.

I have never had such incredibly rude service. I let it slide for years, but finally switched to a different State Farm agent and I couldn't be happier. A woman named Penny works in this office and is SO RUDE; but on top of that, she does not know what she's talking about. By switching agents, I've already saved over $600. I had other people tell me that they have had a similar experience with her rudeness.
