I had a car loan with them and got screwed. I had to pay a monthly fee no matter how I paid and the people were not friendly. Unfortunately, the vehicle died on me but it got me away from TCU for good!

This bank has went downhill. I have been banking with them for over 20 years. In the past the service was the best and they had common sense. Now, they changed their online banking and used cartoons to do business online. They finally get that fixed and then they change their name to Everwise another ridiculous move. They should call themselves Everdum would fit better. I am on hold right now and this is the third call to get a problem resolved with the online banking. I was told the last time by the Customers service rep they are aware of the problem but here I am waiting over 10 mins. Again Listening to the chatty voice mail that drives you crazy. Over and over again which is insane.Repeatedly. Finally, the recording took my number to call back. This bank does not provide good customer service. It appears inexperienced children are running the bank. I am at point that I am going to start looking for a new bank that values customers and provides customer service. I have wasted so much time calling back again and the problems are not resolved. What happened to the older adults that had common sense. This bank is for children that have time to waste.

The location is great…However, I’m really fed up with Everwise as a whole. The app is terrible, they can’t connect with anything. I’ve opened up 2 new checking and savings accounts with actual banks because it’s too much of a hassle with credit unions. They don’t participate in fraud programs, so getting a direct deposit from an IRA, HA!! It’s just unbelievable all of the things you can’t do. You need to borrow money from an app til payday, not with Everwise you don’t..they aren’t recognized with plaid. I can’t even add my account into MINT because they use PLAID to verify the account and plaid “doesn’t support this institution anymore. Once my truck is paid off…closing my accounts and moving on. It’s so annoying and such a hassle for no apparent reason and I’m done. One last thing, since they’ve changed the app to Everwise…they’ve disabled faceID. Hate the login process.

Absolutely the worst JoAnna Vitale. Snotty. Did not follow CPA instructions. Unbelievable arguing back. Did not follow instructions from Title Company. Finally she backed down and was compliant with CPA and Title instructions. Never sent a wire. Never called us that it was never sent.Go to Communitywide Federal Credit Union. Way better bank.

Had some charge on my account. They told me can't help me with it that had go call store tell them disclosure charges. I told them did call store told me going to my bank. That was wast time go to these Teachers credit union. Next time go to one Plymouth better service.

We use TCU bank for banking with our out of state credit union, and used the ATM but needed change for our $20 bill. We have plenty of friends that also bank here. And we're considering changing to banking to this credit union but not after today. The lady working the drive through was not only smart mouthed about not being able to give us change for our $20 out of the ATM, but her EXTREME RUDE manner and behavior has not only turned me off from this location but from ever banking with TCU. I am outraged that a bank employee could be so trifling and inconsiderate. Also, if you try to call they don't pick up and so for me nowadays how you treat a customer or even potential customer is of up most importance.

Same as all community members for many years, we have all seen this Credit Union go from great service to a sharp stick in your eye. Phone service is an hours process and the new banking app is terrible and so poorly made as to be near useless. TCU wants us to know they do not care.
